    You definitely know you stuff and I applaud you! Would you like to know why tomatoes and egg plants are so bad for some of us? Look up nightshade plants! Just giving back a little,and thanking you very for sharing your time and for making you wonderful videos! You are cute as a beautiful little button from a 72 year woman. I knew a lot but in Ecuador I kinda lost my way and you put me back on track. Besides dermatitis that I have had all my life I only have a little high pressure so I’m this will help that as well. Thank you again YolandaHayes? This was my passion since I was about 20years old!

    Hi Dawn for life. Thank you for your well informed videos. My 12 year old daughter has had eczema for almost 10 years. We live in Fiji which is on average warm but can also get extremely hot. I am planning on following your method and delicious looking recipes as I have seen numerous doctors and skin specialists but without success:( I only just discovered your videos and I look forward to putting this into practice.

    • @dawnforlife
      @dawnforlife  3 года назад +1

      Hey great question! Actually you are right, it is still under nuts but when it comes to milk, it's very little nuts and a lot of water. So..it's an alternative eczema friendly option? If you can get raw milk, that would be best 😊 In this case, I am talking more about the cocoa vs cacao part of it. If that makes sense 😋

      @@dawnforlife thanks for the reply. I found the theory of Ayurveda and Chinese medicine very similar. Like food that make your body cool or hot. After watching your video, I start to eat more watermelon. I also saw you eating a lot of mango, but as I know mango is consider ‘wet toxic’ in Chinese medicine, but maybe in Ayurveda is okay to eat. If I can eat mango I will be very happy too.

    Could we use honey instead of maple syrup?

    • @dawnforlife
      @dawnforlife  4 года назад +2

      If you are an eczema sufferer, no. As honey is also "heating". If you aren't, you can put raw honey but I'd recommend in lukewarm and not hot chocolate. Honey loses all its beneficial properties in hot water. In Ayurveda teachings, even makes it toxic. Hope that helps :)
