I have 2 skar vxf 12s in a GP audio glue n screw tuned to 31hz with 4 cubic feet volume. The box is pretty big. I drive a 2009 Maxima. Box dimensions are 14x 38x 22. I was told by other builders that with an 8" aeroport I can have the same internal volume if not more and save some space. Put it this way, the GP box almost didn't fit. It was the depth that got me. It's 3/4" MDF with double baffle plus flush baffle. It's just too big. I'm pushing the subs with a Jp43. I need a custom box bro. This GP box ain't cutting it. Sits too close to my trunk too. I don't know shit about boxes. Any ideas or suggestions on a box for these subs? I like the lows too. Sorry this was so long. Trying to be thorough.
