Hell ya bro. Just got my 12k hooked up to my platinum 18s, its insane. I got the .5 ohm version on purpose for my 1 ohm sub's. Still plenty of power to run at 1 ohm plus if I get 2 more 18s I can run them at .5. Had to turn the gain up a little to match my mids but it all sounds great.

It was like 7+ cubes total, 6net. Massive recommends 3-6 cubes ported for the xlr’s

Hey bro I have a 2019 Toyota Camry LE I have been told auto tech is the only place that will even make an alternator for the Camry because of the ONBUS LINBUS electronics build how did you get it to work and not fry your ecu please tell me man I'm driving myself crazy trying to figure it out any help would be greatly appreciated thanks

They can take more power. I would check grounds, and the + and your voltage
Check your voltage... what people don't know With a hifonics amp it pulls a lot of power and will drop voltage extremely fast which it will send the amp in protection mode which will cut off and when the voltage build back up your music will start back playing... But the first thing I would check is my ALT,BATT, and how you got the speakers wired too... If that's ok.. then yes I will upgrade the amp because the speakers are pulling to much amperage just to get them to move..... If it's the amp go with the skar 4500 amp and you will be fine... But on the skar 45 it has 3 power terminals and 3 ground terminals connection

For real cuz. U’s if you want musical sound. Onyx or xlr’s if you want hard hitting breath taking 36hz +. A u 15 wont handle 6k for music. Xlr and onyx will handle it with ease just need a small box

I don’t remember the part number. I called Autotech and they gave me the correct diode to use for the alternator. Ordered a pack on amazon

@@cristovalmontoya5222 sounds pretty good to me i have the 1/2ohm version. I’ve ran it at 1/2, 1, and 2 ohms. Plenty of power no matter the final impedance. Its a monster

Its a walmart hu jvc. $50 bucks. Has eq and crossovers for sub, door speakers including mid range and tweeter frequencies. Not even the double din pioneer i got now has those features.

Gotta bypass your pcm. Agm’s cant be on 15volts. I have a cylinder down4sound bass knob
went through the same thing gotta bypass your PCM because it brings voltage down and replace all AGM with lithium because it charges higher

At the time had 2 boxes of sound deadening in the whole trunk. When u run 12k system it's hard to kill the rattle.

Cause if I can get into the high 15s even low 16s if that's possible, the skar sk4500.1 running in the 15v's at .5 ohm would really push some power, my whole problem is that even if I run the sk4500.1 at .5 ohm, impedance rise ignite goes above 4ohms at times that amp only pushes like 1500-1800 at 4 ohms at 14.4 volts so of I can raise my voltage even 1 extra volt say 15.4v I'd get alot more out of it , peak power at 1 ohm 14.4 is 7500 watts , so if I run at .5 ohm and run 15+ volts I should be able to get alot more power out this amp, I'm trying to sell it but (its brand new still in the box it shipped in to me) but noone is biting ,I'm trying to sell it what its listed for without the taxes added on, so if I can get my electrical in the 15s I should get way more power out the amp, SO EXACTLY DO I NEED TO ASK THE COMPANY IM GETTING THE ALTERNATOR FROM about the pcm bypass and the diodes? Or what external regulator are you talking about?
@@matthewsnell5357 idk hows your electrical but you got an issue. I’ve never had that much rise. Either electrical is bad, your box not right, etc etc. contact Autotech for the alternator. Theres a lot of companies out there

I'm getting a 300ah autotec alternator and probably a 64ah headway bank, running the big 4, 2 0 gauge runs to the headway bank amd ima run from the bank either 2 - 0 gauge power and 2 - 0 gauge grounds or ima get the 1 0 gauge into 2 0gauges into power and ground , and then ima have 2 skar rp150.4 for my highs
