ahh thank you so much for making this. I do a lot of strange things in Garland pose at my job and need healing in my root in general and this was AMAZINGly helpful and healing!!! I used to visualize an upside triangle when I was young and trying to ground 😮 So grateful for this practice and always learning more about the principles of yoga and the culture ❤

Hello :) All my PCOS part series are for all types of menstrual cycle imbalances and abnormalities.. You should be doing them all - one part each day and mixing it with other videos of mine. Also optimizing your diet, sleep and stress levels. Good luck 🤍
Hello dear! Can you do a traditional hatha yoga for beginners, that is actually easy in sequence. I am looking for beginner friendly hatha yoga sequence but most of them on RUclips is hard in midway of the video and i ended up giving up 😢 make it little longer like 30 minutes or something if you consider taking my request thankyou so much i am currently using your beginner friendly hatha yoga 😊
Spot reduction is not possible and it is truly sad when videos come out for reduction of particular part of body.. It is a MYTH. Please work on calorie deficit, fat loss and do strengthening workouts to balance it. Sometimes body type influences a lot. If you have a body type that way you need to embrace it.. Much love x
