    I’ve quit the gym because I realised it wasn’t serving my health: the hard workouts and weight lifting only brought stiffness and tension into my body. It’s your gentle workouts and yoga practices what my body needed. Thank you for improving my health 🧚‍♂️

      @mitranimukherjee4844 I agree to disgree. I've been into bodybuilding for 19 Years on and off. It was good for me from when I started up until my early twenties... then I just clinged to the believe that workouts have to be hard on the body to be effective. I still went to the gym regularly in the past few years until I realized it's not serving my health anymore. And I'm not sure if it ever did. Doing body weight exercises at home and making sure to stay flexible is the right approach for me now. Be kind to your body and it will reward you! That's what works for me and that's why I'm a big fan of this channel. But sure everyone is different.

    I did this practice right before bedtime and will sleep like a baby now. Also, all the tension in my body is gone as if I had a long massage. Your calming voice and the music round it off perfectly.

    I've been doing your 45 min hatha yoga session every day for 2 weeks now, and im engaged and enjoying every minute of it.     Hi Akshaya! Your yogas have changed my whole life. I have pcod but doing these yogas daily have helped me so much. It doesn't feel tiring ...just perfect amount of sweat and i come back for more. Now yoga in the morning is a must habit for me❤

I believe somatic exercises are ones. But can you focus your yoga(s)/ somatic exercises towards decreasing cortisol levels? Thanks! ❤❤❤

      Yoga sadhanas, meditation, kriyas in general is a style that reduces stress hormones. Esp the somatic releases and slow yin yoga. I have many destress classes that you can choose from :)

      hello my entire channel is PCOS friendly.. Pls do all my videos to see progress and don't restrain to just weight loss. Weight loss happens eventually with disciple and consistency with exercise, diet, stress management and quality sleep every night.. Good luck 🤎

      Weight loss happens 80% on diet (with calorie deficit) and 20% on exercise. Please read about it online. Exercise is only 20% that being said you have to be doing 2-3 days of cardio and strength workouts in combination of these yoga and pilates videos on my channel. Expecting for WEIGHT LOSS to happen with just yoga is long route. Also loosing weight in a right way takes months to years and not days with complete discipline and consistency. Good luck!
