It was good for me from when I started up until my early twenties... then I just clinged to the believe that workouts have to be hard on the body to be effective. I still went to the gym regularly in the past few years until I realized it's not serving my health anymore. And I'm not sure if it ever did. Doing body weight exercises at home and making sure to stay flexible is the right approach for me now. Be kind to your body and it will reward you! That's what works for me and that's why I'm a big fan of this channel. But sure everyone is different.
I did this practice right before bedtime and will sleep like a baby now. Also, all the tension in my body is gone as if I had a long massage. Your calming voice and the music round it off perfectly. You're the best, thank you! I'm a fan 😅

Thankyou 🥰 Weight loss happens 80% on diet (with calorie deficit) and 20% on exercise. Please read about it online. Exercise is only 20% that being said you have to be doing 2-3 days of cardio and strength workouts in combination of these yoga and pilates videos on my channel. Expecting for WEIGHT LOSS to happen with just yoga is long route. Also loosing weight in a right way takes months to years and not days with complete discipline and consistency. Good luck!
