My washer is stuck on sense but when I do the calibration it doesn't run through the cycles
I had the same issue not too long ago....
I called a service guy to come and see what the problem was. It turns out that under the washer, there is a pulley system. It had a cover over it, and when you take the cover off you can see two wheels and a belt powers both. One off the pulley wheels came lose. The wheels have grooves that line up with the washer drum. They have teeth on them like gears on a car. Any way, thought that I would share my experience.

Sorry just seen this. I was going to say the back of the washer comes off easily so you can try and see if anything looked wrong from the inside. The person who commented above👆 is correct though too. That’s a good ideas to check out if you have any more problems.
Instead of sensing mine says fill will it still work for mine??
Most models should all work the same way. You can try it an it wouldn’t hurt it at all. I hope this video can help you out a little bit.
