I saw Bob Seger in concert about a year before the pandemic hit. My husband surprised me with tickets for our anniversary. He featured Joe Walsh...what a show! He's still got "it", same with Joe. We were 8 rows from the stage... everyone was rocking out...on their feet and singing every song.
Lucky you I saw that tour here in Sacramento. We didn’t get Walsh opening for him. But bob killed it
Got to see both...not together...but blessed to see both...but to have both together...the dream lineup...were they on stage together ?..imagine Joe's guitar and Bob's voice on a song...best wishes

A friend of mine once said that Bob Seger has a voice like a Mac Truck! He's so good! I was lucky enough to see him a few times. It's great to see young people listening to him.
Bob Seger does not disappoint, not ever! 🔥 And ... whenever I hear him sing that "Slippin’ Into Darkness" line, it takes me right to that track on War's 1971 album 'All Day Music'🎶

That song has always been one of my favorites by BS..... it was killer during his live performance in Virginia Beach. This man has more hits than grains of sand on the beach! So glad I saw him on his farewell tour, absolutely one of the best concerts I have ever attended. Really enjoyed your reaction, especially enjoyed BJ rocking out.....JUST AWESOME!
Bob is the best and puts on the best concerts...I've seen him 11 times since 1978 and would do it all over again! Love him!!!

Saw him early on when the band was known as The Bob Seger System, Ramblin’ Gamblin’ Man was the hot song.
The Seger system band was an Entirely different band than Silver Bullet!
When the song says “they have the fire down below,” I think it’s actually referring to the people who want to sleep with Rosie and Nancy, who would appear to be ladies of the evening. And the seems to universalize the fire down below, whether the men be rich or poor, lawyer or cop, and whether in Berkeley, New Orleans, Boston, or Queens. Just my interpretation. 😊

This really is blue collar rock and roll with a standard rnr rhythm but the guitar licks and solos are what takes it up a whole other level, and then there's Bob's smoky, soul full voice. This song and Come To Poppa are my favorite Seger songs.

How can you not move, listening to this?! Love Bob Seger... Funny story- I used to do my housework chores to his music. I would have it blaring, so I could hear it through the whole house. Hubby came home in the middle of the day, and caught me dancing to Bob Seger while I vacuuming. He said he stood there for quite a while, before I saw him! Silver Bullet Live, was my chore day music!
