This movie makes no sense. They could have justifiably shot him for what he did . How many people got killed trying to take this guy to the train.. Makes no sense

@tommyhaynes9157 sometimes when push comes to shove, you just cant get that gun pointed and ready to shoot a man especially if they have a draw on you. They seemed very slow to draw though.. maybe surprised by his speed or maybe the director needs to rethink..
The bounty paid for more a live prisoner than a dead one. Make sense now?
The main character Dan Evans is desperate for money as is broke to be able to provide for his son and save his ranch, he would make more collecting on the bounty getting Ben Wade to the station alive then dead.
