    Thank you for “correcting” the written pattern- the multiples of 12+4 make so much sense! 😊 My Summer Breeze Top came out great; I am getting so many compliments on it! 🥰 I just wanted to say that I used Caron Cotton Cakes in 530 yards. 😉

    I love this pattern. I used to have a top almost just like this that I bought at Fred Meyers when I was in high school. It will be cool to make my own in my favorite colors.

    So glad I found this tutorial. I’m just starting this pattern & relatively new to crochet. Would not have been able to understand it otherwise. The starting chain for size small in the pattern is wrong. Written as 147 when it should be 148. Thanks!

    Thank you for this. When you are double crocheting are you doing it into the back loop only? Or both? I am a beginner and having trouble seeing it. I think you are doing back loop and then into both when it’s the gap?? Is that what you mean by going into the ‘frame’?

    The written pattern does start to a problem...thanks for this video. The chart is HELPFUL! 171 is not a multiple of 12 + 4......sigh. Wish me luck but I’m on row 8 and so far going fabby. 👊🏼

    I am making this shirt. I was on the ws. I was measuring it to see if I needed to tie off. As I was looking the boxes for the last five rows was going the wrong direction. How can I correct this mistake?

    This is a nice top and it's on my to-do list now but I just can't get over how the person who crocheted the sample must have felt when they saw the finished item was off. Knowing myself, I would have frogged the entire piece and started from scratch.

    I would love to make this top, but at 12 balls and 9.99 per ball, I think $120 is too much to spend.

    • @TheCrochetCrowd
      @TheCrochetCrowd  4 года назад

      Okay. I'm unsure where you are getting that ball count. The balls are based on the 100 g size, not the current size. The largest size is only 7 balls of the 100 g size. THat's only 2.8 balls of the 250 g that you are saying is $9.99.
      This pattern was developed before the balls went to a larger size format. So that may be what you are thinking but I am unsure where you got 12 balls from.
