    I’ve had this on my playlist since it first was posted and I finally made myself one. It’s very simple and fun to make and it came out absolutely perfect! I worried about how it would look without shaping and worried for nothing. It fits and falls beautifully..I’m starting another with a thinner thread right now! Thank you for this great project🙏💜🙏🥰

    This is the easiest video and pattern I have ever followed. I have tried to make sweaters before from other tutorials but could never understand them and my projects turned out a mess. I made a sweater following this video and I am so happy with the results. I love the fact that you write the different sizes on the patterns also. I will be making more of these. Thank You so much.

    I just printed the pattern out and cant wait to make this awesome drappy sweater , so freakin cute, Thank you Tamara. I looked for a simple sweater like this all day and finally came across this , its perfect!!!!! I am going to use the Lion Brand Comfy Cotton Blend for this in the color whipped cream. It is a # 3 so this will be so cute when it is done. I was thinking of adding a nice hood with tassels to hang in the front. :)

    I can't wait to try this sweater. I just saw another youtuber has literally just finished making hers and I am in need of a huge wardrobe change because I moved to a very warm state lol. I need sweaters to go over tank tops but still stay cool. And this is perfect. I just finished one that Annoo Crochet Designs put out a while ago and now I need to do this one.

    Curious Question
    Just wondering if you could work the shoulder thru the mesh row.......... - that would allow you to work foundation dc for the neckline rather than ch and dc into the chain ???

    I have not made a sweater before and I am anxious to try this one. Do you think Red Heart Soft yarn would be ok to use? Would it have enough drape. I don't think I have access to the Fashion yarn.

    • @mooglyblog
      @mooglyblog  6 лет назад

      Soft is a little heavier - a "4" instead of a "3", so it might be a bit warmer/stiffer. I would recommend making a swatch with it and seeing how the fabric feels when you get gauge. If your gauge needs to be a lot bigger in order to get the fabric you like, then you can follow the instructions for one size down. :)

    • @anunlovedsoul
      @anunlovedsoul 6 лет назад

      Tamara Kelly Thank you for your feedback on my yarn selection. I am at the point where I am putting the two side together and am seeing some sizing issues on the neckline and armpit area which could be because of my yarn or just my tension. any suggestions on how to add rows to my neckline?

    • @mooglyblog
      @mooglyblog  6 лет назад

      Hi Julie! First, I'd recommend you try blocking the pieces before joining! If you still need to add more rows, you can just add them right to the bottom of the row(s) of foundation double crochet that you started with - just follow the mesh pattern in the opposite direction, then add a solid row, etc. I would recommend ending on a solid row though, as that's a lot easier to sew together nicely. :)
