    Some videos ideas I had :
    - warmup before working out
    - stretching/cooldown after working out
    - stretching for days off
    - exercices / stretching to elongate the muscles for a slim body line
    - how to strengthen ankles / neck / knees / back for better balance and less pain
    - how to get a slime face (double chin, jawline)
    Don't know if it could be useful but I thought I could share it 💖

    i feel so relaxed it was exactly what my body needed today! I love mobility stretching exercises because it has helped me a lot in my growth process and also used Shiydf while exercising and grew 7 cm🌈

    Немного расскажу о себе, мои руки не одинаковой длинны, да и в целом не симметричные, левое плечо 28 сантиметров, правое 16. У меня сколиоз и куча других проблем с тело. Только недавно решила заняться собой, решила провести эксперимент. На протяжении 7 дней я буду сидеть на белковой диете, выполнять несколько других тренировок.
    день первый.
    не сложно, приятно. Последнее упражнение не смогла сделать, упала бы лицом об пол. Немного тянет правый бок, быстро прошло.
    день второй.
    было больно, очень больно. Стараюсь терпеть.
    день третий.
    пропустила.
    день четвертый.
    нормально, чуть не заплакала.
    день пятый.
    с горем пополам сделала.

    اليوم الخامس والعشرون ✅9/23 توقفت اسبوع قبلها لأن اجت الجامعة وجنت مخبوصة بيها وليما ثبتت على توقيت معين لأن تغير وقت تمرين جنت قبل اسوي بالعشرة ونص الصبح هسة يختلف سويت بليل وأن شاء اثبت على وقت مناسب
    بعد أن سحبت شهر كامل راجعة بقوة هسة رتبت نظامي وجدول الدراسة وثبتت على ساعة للرياضة

      @@lahceneLamrisahraoui بسم الله ماصارلي عشر ايام بعد ماتبين النتائج هسة .... وصحيح هذا التمرين اكتشفت لازم بعد التمرين الكامل اسوي يعني اول شي تسوين الماء وراها مقاومة وراها كارديو وراها تسوين هذا التمرين الي هو تمدد حتى العضلة مايجيها إصابة والتمرين يصير فعال اكثر

      @@lahceneLamrisahraoui هذا التمرين مثل ماكلتلج اسمي تمديد يعني تمددين عظلاتج بس مايعتبر تمرين قوي وينطي نتائج بس اذا ارتاحيتي علي سوي من تكعدين الصبح لأن كلش مريح للعضلات اني هيج دااسوي ،بس اذا تريدين ينحف لا ماينحف هو يشتغل بس على تمديد العضلات وإذا تريدين تنحيف ونحت لازم تمشين على الخطوات الي كلتلج عليها
