    A lot of people don't understand how important it is to get away from toxic people! When I first started working out and getting toned a lot of my "friends" told me to stop working out because I was "already too skinny" and that I looked sick, when really I was about 10 pounds overweight and just not feeling healthy. Surround yourself with people who encourage your goals, not try to stop you due to petty jealousy!

    I've lost 30 pounds, Cassey, and I haven't seen any real difference in my lower abs! I never knew sleep affected this until now!! I'm going to see if that makes a difference for me, thank you so much!

    They say that as a student, you have enough time for everything. But really, I have to get up at 6.00am every day and don't come home until 5.00pm. With all the homework, studying and presentations to do, it's often a struggle to fit working out into my schedule. Often, I am still studying late at night, like midnight. But really, working out helps me get rid of that stress. I wish i had more sleep so that my workouts would be more effective😌

    I'm surprised that was so intense. My lower abs are the only part that is undeveloped.

    Cassey, i'm 13, 5'1 and 150lbs, I used to be 190lbs and i've lost around 40lbs thanks to you! I have another 45lbs or so to go :) thanks to your workout videos and healthy food videos I finally feel like a normal kid again. Thankyou so much, I also recommended you to sister when she asked how I did it :D
