    Ok guys, so I’m Asian, and us Asians naturally have a small butt. But I’m telling you, I’ve done this exercise for a couple WEEKS and I’m already seeing results!! I have trouble gaining muscle but this is amazing!! 😌 I’m telling you, all you need to time and patience, and you will see results! I promise!

    I am LOVING this three minute series! I'm really busy with school, so its easy to convince myself that I don't have enough time to work out, but these videos don't let me use that excuse any longer. I string a couple of them together, and get an intense booty-kicking workout from my dorm room. Thanks Cassey!

      Im always using the videos as breaks! In my case as working breaks. I work online so I do one hour straight of sitting on the computer, then stop for a 15 minutes workout then work again. It's amazing. You end up doing like 2hs worth of workouts without even noticing it.

    when I use to be overweight from 2013 makes me cry everytime cause I changed so much in such a GREAT WAY! I lose over 80lbs and have maintained my weight lose ever since. So THANK YOU CASSEY FOR BEING THE MAIN MOTIVATOR TO HELP ME ACHIEVE THIS GOAL!

    can you do a video on cellulite? work outs that help get rid of it and any products that help give you"re legs that smooth appearance. i know most of us got it :D

      I feel ya but all booty/leg workouts together with healthy eating help! There are no specific moves to get rid of that nasty cellulite.

      Fat loss and drink a lot of water. Im not sure if you can get rid of it totally but drinking water has so many more benefits but its reduces the appearance of it also

      Cellulite literally is just because there is a lack of muscle there. You just need to work out and tone that area and you should be fine. Products won't get rid of cellulite. :)

      Brooke Lee honestly, cellulite isn’t that bad. It’s part of your body, and it’s part of who you are. Once you learn to accept your flaws, then you can accept yourself. 😊

    I've honestly done this so many times I know what she is saying everytime by heart!
    And the difference of just having the timer on or watching you and doing it together is so big!
    I adore all of the turbo workouts!

    I love these turbo workouts! For me, getting up and started is the hardest part of working out, so having a short routine to get me going makes all the difference. And typically I feel so great afterwards I just keep exercising! Thank you so much Cassey!

    I think streching is important too, so I would love it if you made a streching video for each body part, just a few minutes long so we can do those after each day of workouts.

    Finishing 7/16 and feeling good. It's amazing how over time moves I couldn't do initially are becoming less challenging. Cassey = best friend in my head.

      I don't think you should be here if that's what you're looking for because this channel is a place where we can shape our body not only look good but feel good on the inside and be happy about yourself. If there is something that you don't like about yourself, go change it, that's the reason why we have all of theses videos unless if you really do have problems with your weight, I think you should go find another channel and ask for help.

    I absolutely love this workout. I have a deterioating disk in my lower back and so many butt workouts hurt too much to finish but this is amazing and doesn't hurt at all!

    Hi Cassey, I'm doing this workout as part of the July '16 calendar and I just wanted to thank you because this is the first time that I have worked out/exercised according to a plan and I have also just started my 'get healthy' attempt.     If you make a workout video that can create a big change afterwards, can you have a before and after photo to see how affective it was?

      +Cassidy Cao I have been taking before and after pictures from when I started doing pilates. There isn't much of a visible change in the pictures though. You can notice the change in how my muscles appear when I am moving (my thighs used to jiggle a lot, now you can see the muscle and much less jiggle, for example). Most importantly, I can feel how much stronger they are when I exercise. One exercise video wont make that difference.

    I love this workout so so much! I often find other workouts too exhausting, and then I don't feel like repeating them. But this one, I could do every day! I think I will do every day :)

    I have seen nothing but amazing results from following your calendars! I have tried sooooo many different workout DVDs and programs but, I never seen results from them like I am seeing now! Not because the workouts weren't affective I am sure for some people they worked great but personally I didn't enjoy them. now I actually look forward to working out everyday! The six pack, toned legs and arms just came along with it! I would like to sculpt my triceps more though I feel that's the only part I just cant seem to tone up like the rest!

    I can not explain how good it felt doing these. I kept switching back to the first move in between switching after I got used to the workout and it just felt amazing!

    Hey cassey! I was wondering if you could make an updated obliques workout video! My abs are really getting there but still when i put on a tight tank top my love handles are screaming for help! Do you have any tips to really slim down the sides of the stomach?? Thanks luv you!

    I only just started working out and oh my gosh!! that was unexpected, but the time I got to the fire hydrant second side I was in pain, but man that was so worth it. Really loved this! Keep going you're what I watch to work out, thanks for fun and great short workouts 😊💕

    I love these 3 minute workouts! It's so much less of a commitment than a long 20 minute one. I'd like a workout for the calves and even more core workouts. Those are my favorite to do. Love the video and you of course ❤️❤️

    Hi, Cassey! Thank you so much for all the awesome videos you do. You asked about our favorite areas to work out. I especially like working on upper body strength because I've never been in strong in that area. I really want to be stronger in my arms. I'm doing the arm challenge now. It's difficult, but I love pushing myself!

    Cassey I have been following your workout for a year and a half now. I really do enjoy these videos but I do have one question/comment/critique. Your uploads of butt/thigh/abs etc all include moves that you have already shown in older videos from 1, 2, 3 years ago. For example all of the moves shown in this particular video I have seen in numerous other videos from the past. I would love to see newer moves with added challenges (I.e heavier weights) to that you viewers can really see how much they have improved. Repeating the exact same moves from older videos using body weight doesn't prove anything to a follower who has been following you for quite sometime. I am only providing constructive feedback, please don't take it otherwise. I personally add your videos into my daily gym routine which includes weightlifting, cycling, hiit training, hot yoga and regular yoga. I would appreciate more challenging workouts

      +Farzana Rahman I totally agree with you!I follow Cassey for a year now, I do her workouts.almost every day and I've seen many changes in my body and my physical condition!But we need more challenging workouts now because the body gets used by repeating the same movements again and again.Maybe Cassey could make new videos with equipment like resistance bands,pilates ring, dumbells, weights!

    Loving the turbo pilates series. Beginner here on my 2nd day. Really enjoy these. Cant wait to see the results after a month or so. I might be able to burn off those fats more quickly considering that i have Taekwondo☺️

    I'd like to see a series of stretches/ workouts for safety and injury prevention. Like lower back strengthening moves, stretching moves for feet/knees for runners to help prevent injury, same thing with shoulders for swimmers. Or maybe a video of what stretches/moves NOT to do, or ones commonly done incorrectly. I'm not old and decrepit yet, but I'd like to make sure I'm doing as much as I can to help maintain my healthy body without injuries well into 40s, 50s and beyond. I want to be the grandma doing pilates at 80!
