    If you own a Mopar equipped with a V6, why did you choose that over a V8?

      1.It’s my first car 2. I go to college, need as daily driver and the university I’m going to transfer to soon is bit far. Not trying to spend a lot of money on gas. 3. Insurance wouldve been crazy high.

      For me it was fuel economy and insurance. Before I got my 2019 sxt+ I had a red 2012 RS Camaro that I had a lot of tickets in. So my insurance was going to be higher than my payment. So I had to settle for the SXT for now until things dropped off my insurance.

    Thanks for the video. I learned to make reasonable decisions. Got my SXT Charger because it is affordable and has enough power for my daily use. I am a one car owner , wanted something sporty design something I enjoy driving everyday NOT a garage queen. Beside I do not want to pay crazy amount for gas, service, oil change and insurance. My charger had 30k miles got it for less than half of its price when it was new . I would NEVER pay sticker price for these things they have really steep depreciation curve.

    I consider buying a v6 here in Germany. The v8 is about $20k more than the v6. The challenger is a rare car over here and has still a relatively big sized engine compared to german 4 cylinder cars which I like. If you want a v6 in a Mercedes or Audi for example you got to pay about 70-80k.
    So what I wanted to say is that even if I think that the v8 would be a real pleasure the V6 is still not a small engine.
    And I just love the badass look 😂👍

    I got both and I still drive my v6 way more than my 392 because of the gas and the engine is basically bullet proof and can handle anything you throw at it. I've had a lot of maintenance done to my 392 which isn't all too bad but ultimately my v6 has been the most practical. Obviously I still love my scat pack but both cars are exceptional and quick.

    Got my Challenger back in February to replace my 2007 Jeep Wrangler with 280k miles. It’s a 2012 sxt that had 87k miles when I bought it and now has 103k miles. The same dealer I went to had a 2009 red R/T with 120k miles but the paint was chipping and oxidized and the rear bumper on the driver side had a massive hole in it. The interior was in such bad condition. The seats were torn and the leather was chipping, the interior smelled bad of tobacco smoke and body odor. I was going to call it quits until the salesman directed me to the Challenger I have now. This Challenger was being sold for the same price. The exterior was in perfect condition beside some road rash in the front. The interior was cloth and didn’t have the options and 6 speed manual the r/t had but it was clean and had the nicer and newer steering wheel. I went with the sxt instead of the r/t because it was a better deal and the v6 has enough power to use for daily use.

    Great video and I'm glad you mentioned the AWD, because I've been looking at a 2021 GT AWD or SXT. I've always loved the look of the Challenger, but always chose Trans AM's, Camaro's and and most recently a Mustang. I live in the NW Burbs of Chicago and getting an AWD vehicle is getting more and more of a good idea. It's hard to find AWD that isn't an SUV and I just recently found out the Challenger was AWD. I like the hood of the SXT better than the GT, but I want remote start for winter. Sadly not many of the SXT's around here are coming with remote start.

To me though the HELLCAT is awesome I found it unnecessary to enjoy the everyday experience of a sports car.

      @JeremyJOH  4 года назад +1

      Maher Maher Three hundred and five horsepower is a pretty decent number that the 3.6L V6 motor pushes out. It should be fast enough for the average person that would purchase this vehicle, but there’s a good amount of aftermarket support for this motor if you want to bump those numbers up.

      Maher Maher Even though the Challenger is a very heavy car, it definitely has plenty of get-up-and-go. I’ve let a couple friends of mine get behind the wheel and they’ve been surprised at the speed of it.
