This is an awesome recipe. We had Muhammara for the first time in Turkey and loved it. Tried your recipe out and it turned out just like what we had at the restaurant. Thanks so much for sharing this recipe with us❤
Thanks for the lovely feedback.

Thanks so much for your lovely feedback 😍
Excellent 👌👌
Very good keep going girl👍👍👌👌
I'm going to try this recipe. I like to stick to the ingredients as listed a few times before making any creative changes. Is the measure for the cumin after grinding or before, please?
I noticed that you have good video skills and knowledge of how to light a set well. It makes this dish look so rich and vibrant, that now I'm hungry. Thanks for the inspiration.
Toooop❤❤❤
Nice 👌 👌👌👌👌
It is also good as Muhammara Fatayer.
Спасибо за рецепт и то что на русском👍♥️🐾
Nice recipe
Thanks
I do not get it why so many recipes used bread crumbs while the original recipe calls for Bulgur. Recently some people started using quinoa for those who can not tolerate gluten. By the way we always highly recommended soaking the walnuts overnight before using them in this recipe.
Can we use oats ?
@@ayishamubarak17 May be cooked oats? Plz try and let me know
It is more easily available and a common ingredient in some regions.
Thank you for detailing the method, but I have an addition or modification because the muhammara does not like garlic, but it likes onions. Try it and taste the difference. Add a small onion, chopped very fine, and do not put garlic.
Thanks for sharing
Hello!! Can i use pomegranate balsamic reduction instead of molases? I cant find it in my country xxx
I wonder if it may be more sour? If it is sweet-sour in taste and is thick then it may be ok. Pomegranate molasses can be prepared by concentrating pomegranate juice. Tastes sweet-sour, like if you were to combine honey with some lemon juice. Or combining date syrup and some tamarind paste. Or sweet cranberry concentrate.
@@TheDeliciousCrescent it is sweet and tangy.
elia1789 if it’s sweet, tangy and thick it should be fine. If it’s a bit sour, then you may skip lemon juice at first, and add if needed later as per taste.
@@TheDeliciousCrescent ok dear i ll try. Thanks xxx
Can you use this dipp for manakish?
I would try that.
I have a question. Can I use different colored peppers? Like the and yellow ones. If I don't have red. Will the end product have a different flavor?
The appearance would also be different. Pomegranate molasses being dark in color works better with red color peppers.
Hey I am from India ....if I don't find this promgrante molasses then what is the substitute of this ???? And if don't want to use olive oil then what to use ???
It is easy to make your own pomegranate molasses if you can get pomegranate fruit where you live.
Option for pomegranate molasses
It is sweet sour, thick but pourable consistency. There’s no exact substitute. Some people evaporate pomegranate juice to concentrate it into a syrup like thickness. Just to combine the sour and sweet taste some people mix honey with lemon juice or tamarind paste.

pomegranate molasses - I have never even heard of this and I can bet most here haven't , can we just use honey?
It tastes sweet-sour. Pomegranate molasses can be prepared by concentrating pomegranate juice. Some people combine honey with lemon juice; or date syrup with tamarind paste; until sweet-sour in taste. Alternatively sweet cranberry concentrate.
Black Walnuts or English?
I used English walnuts
@1:53 why wasting time and cutting them if you will put them in a food processor that will do the most important job....
That helps control the final texture better.
