Lol I love how he couldn’t help him self from actually saying the caught fire thing 🤣😂
I love my Lt Bolt euv; to me the Bolt is the best bang-for-the buck ev commuter.
19 out of 140,000 Bolts caught on fire before the problem was dealt with.
Nice video. This has a 65kw battery and is the most efficient ev that I have driven, and I am an owner of 2 teslas as well. I am retired and drive for Uber, and it's the perfect ev for this. I average 4.5 kw/mile and 305 miles on a full charge. This is Southern California driving. 85% is city and 15% is highway driving. So, for me, you absolutely cannot go wrong with this ev. As everyone knows that the worst thing about this ev is the charging speed, but I always charge at home, so it doesn't matter for me
Gr8 vid. I ordered the EV model in December. I'm still waiting for it. 🚙 🇺🇸 🔌
I have everything but Super Cruise. I love this little car and it's fun to drive. I'm retired so I don't drive that much anymore. I suspect that this is the last car that I will ever buy.
The Bolt & Bolt EUV are the best value propositions for being your first EV vehicle. As a daily commuter you can't beat it for price, range and performance. I drive my EUV 40 miles round trip and can charge it from 75%-90% over night 9pm-6am no problem on level 1 charging, you don't even need a level 2 charger as a daily driver.
Thanks Larry for your Bolt EUV review. I’ve watched a lot of Bolt EUV reviews posted by owners. My Premium Redline model is in transit and should arrive here in Florida this coming week. Although it may be a good vehicle for young couples just starting out, and for those wanting to get their first experience owning an EV, I think it’s a great vehicle for commuters going back ‘n forth to work each day. I am one of those, except I’m not young and just starting out. It will be my first EV and the vehicle I will give up for the new Chevy Silverado EV. I’ll look for your review, hoping you made one, on the Silverado EV at the show.
Price still seems pretty steep for a compact. Curious to see if Tesla ever releases their compact and prices it near $20,000. We bought a full sized Tundra for $38,000.
You have no understanding of EVs… this is a bargain and if you purchase before 3-31-23, you get $7,500 tax credit
@YouDontKnowMe we reserved a Ford Lightning. We did the math versus the 2021 Tundra we ended up buying. At the number of miles we average a year and the price of gas we could buy 16 years worth of gas to equal the starting cost of the cheapest Lightning with an extended range battery. It just didn't make any sense financially. Show me one video where they compare one EV to an ICE vehicle and it makes more sense to buy the EV. I like the idea of EVs but right now the prices are too high and the range is too low. Especially for a pickup truck just trying to tow a pair of Jet Skis. We would have to stop to charge about every hour snd a half and wait for an hour to charge.
@@JetSkiBuyFixPlaySellChannel the lightning is extremely over priced and is not a consideration for anyone who is wanting to save money. (Both because of the initial price and the poor efficiency)
The Bolt ev and EUV are both priced low but also are efficient. Compare to my ICE Nissan Altima….
Altima coast me $3.00 to travel 30 miles
EUV cost me $1.00 to travel 30 miles
I drive about 1000 miles per week or 50k miles per year. That is $3,400 savings per year and we have not even talked about the savings for oil changes and the like…
Looks like f150 production going to start back up here soon. Also the equinox is probably a better car for the price once it’s available.
Hey Larry
Respectfully, this is a brief and very incomplete review...
