    Christ in a box. Simple explanations, time-stamps, no sort of delays or drawn out details about something. This is just an amazing tutorial. I watched your video on making a Vtuber model last week and it basically gave me the inspiration to finish something I had trouble doing for quite a while.

    Wow I never thought that a Vtuber model tutorial would be so straightforward and easily digestable. Most of the tutorials I saw are like 20 minutes to 1 hour tutorials which sometimes makes me loose interest or get really confused how a became b. But with your tutorials I can easily grasp and understand how Live 2D works and how to rig a model properly. In short, thank you cuz this really helped me a lot! :D

      Aw thank you so much!!! Those super in depth long tutorials will be godsent once you need them, but I thought this video is good to cover the basics so you know where to start.

    Quick thing:If your dragging your mouse around the physics menu and it’s the model isn’t moving, make sure to hold down the left mouse button while dragging!
    Also, this tutorial is mwah, beautiful.

    oh my gosh!!! THANK YOU!!! This tutorial really helped me!! Like, the other tutorials I've tried to follow have frustrated me, but your tutorial hits the important parts and explains every tool severely well! Other tutorials I've watched spend more time doing without explanation, or tell you to do things without giving reasons as to why they were doing the particular action. This tutorial was short, simple, and sweet! Which, overall, gave me more results than ANY of the other tutorials I've come across!
    I just want to say again, Thank you so so so so so so so SO MUCH for this tutorial!! I learned so much in the 8 minutes compared to the 15+ minute tutorials out there!! Thank you!!!

While I know other ones are definitely in depth, its very hard for me to sit through 15+ minutes that dont really get as thorough and quick as you do!     Live2D Cubism always looked so intimidating. This video was so clear and on point that it gave me the motivation to tackle it head on. It's kind of similar to animating in keyframes, except the program helps you fill some of the gaps.

      Yesss im so glad to hear i simplified it for you! You only need the basic live2d tools to make a vtuber model! But you can make amazing professional models when you get better

      I noticed that you cant 100% copy someones hierarchy. What works for the might not work for you because the layers are separated differently. Yea i thought some kinda idea is better than none :)

    After watching tutorials and currently working on my model before actually rigging, I still had a few questions in mind. Really specific questions like, "which paramater should I start with?" or even symmetry questions. But this video and your 7 tips one really answered all the little questions that bothered me a lot!     for anyone having issues with the auto-generating like I did, where some items just don't generate the mesh properly and turn invisible, just swap the preset to low and back to standard or high one at a time for the missing items and it'll re-generate it. then re-generate the texture atlas

      Yes! Check texture atlus whenever you change the mesh, you might not have to regenerate everytime but make sure that it looks correct, not blurry and doesnt overlap with other parts.

      @@KappakoChannel off and on I been playing with 3d, but 2d keeps catching my attention. I like that it seems more customizable especially with the assets seeming to be easier. Just takes long time. 2D seems much more satisfying and prettier.

      the most difficult part is the deformer hierarchy, you can study the sample live2d models and it is a lot of trial and error

    thank you so much for uploading this tutorial! Is truly concise and easily understandable. I´ve never done a rigging in my life, but thanks to your tutorial I might have my very first! Top on that, might not be so bad either! XD

    the tutorial is really easy to follow tysm! But if I can ask, how do you select multiple stuff in deformer and parameter?

      ctrl+click to select specific items, shift+click the first and last to select all
