    just to let anyone whos confused know, if your physics aren't working properly, in the physics settings under Input settings - Normalization of input, you need to set the Minimum to -35 and Maximum to 35, also set Position X minimum to -25 and maximum to 25. Under output settings set the scale to 41.263. this will achieve the same effect as in the tutorial. its shown in the video but it isn't verbally mentioned so you may have missed it like i did
    i hope this helps someone
    also thankyou chupuko for another amazing tutorial, my model is coming along great thanks to you

    I'm just going to leave this here in case y'all need it. I'm at the physics part. I followed every step she made, but at the time to move the Angle X parameter (the default one), the red ball just wouldn't go all the way to the end. Look idk what I did, but I fixed it going to the Output Settings and raising up the number of Scale. And then it worked. Hope this helps you, have a nice day!

    • @soxthegoblin
      @soxthegoblin 10 месяцев назад +9

      I had to do the same thing. I don't know what I did, but I thought at first it wasn't moving the aug phys x at ALL because it was so small of a movement; I had to turn the Scale up to 100 before it even moved the ball halfway to the correct size!

    tip: when in physics, you can go to the output settings of any of your angles and change the scale to "100" that way its even more bouncy!

    i had to restart many times for the x y thing all because of z but so far from redoing all of that i learnt that CTRL+SHIFT+C and V is basically the additional 2nd best friend to the brush you never thought you had until now with the z axis, whenever there is a weird out of place spot on z axis, go to the normal one, copy with CTRL+SHIFT+C and then paste it with CTRL+SHIFT+V on the weird one, it will automatically place the exact spot on the rotation device where you want it, and you now dont have any problems with it, now you gotta do the same and it takes long, but atleast this will waste less when working on it, and once you get the hang of spamming alot of copy and pasting on every spot, you will have a successful moving head with no problems, just only do it on the z axis, and there you have a perfectly fine moving head that moves normally and does not look warped everytime you turn its head certain ways, and dont forget to have fun on it (or rage, it helps release the stress)

    I've gone pretty far with the series so far, but I feel like it would've been nice to keep going with the step-by-step visual/verbal instruction 😭I got to the brows, but I think I missed something I was assumed to have gotten down by now as when the brows emote (like the happy or sad etc instead of just neutral), they jiggle, crinkle, or turn all squiggly. Kept trying to fix it but it wasn't working, so I just chose to start over from the point of the base brows and had to trash almost 8 hours of work
    Edit: Nvm it's on the eyes, too - bit different from the brows, but using the extra expressions like closing eye or eye widen, they don't sit right on the face

      So I got stuck as well with this as im learning but if you check in Input setting and see a section called "Normalization of Input" you can turn it to 100 for min, 0 for center and 100 max then you gonna want to go to the Output settings and where you assigned in the Output Example: "angle x physics" you'll see the words "Scale" on its side and change it. I put mine as 20.00 and my models head turned just fine afterwards. I hope this helps. If it doesnt turn more you can increase it. Do this to the others as you see fit.

      @@ShellBie12 I hope i don't respond too late, but i had the same problem but what you can do is to select the objects that you want to glue together (in this case the face line and skin) and then manuel drawing the mesh. It will create the mesh on all the selected objects simultaneously. I dunno if it also works when you select both and then press auto mesh but i went the manual route. I know i might be late but better later then never xD (Btw i did that on Live2D v.5 so i dunno if it also works on v4) I hope i was able to help ^^
