    I’m back! 1 chemo session done, 17 to go, but slowly chipping away, as my body allows, at finishing this amazing program.

      How serendipitous.. I start immunotherapy in a week and a half, 17 sessions over the course of a year. I'm scared and don't know what side effects (if any) I'll experience, but I hope to also chip away at this program as I listen to my body adapt to this new life. Keep it up!

      Me too! Jan 2020 and have followed her workout calendars since! I lost 90 lbs since then and have kept it off! I’m in my upper 50s and have never been in this good of shape!

    I have looked the others in this platform but noone can do in proper postures. You re doing in such a perfect way which is quite right for our bones and shape. Thats why i trust you Heather !     That was a very well designed workout, Heather! For anyone who is reading the comments prior to doing this - the first circuit (at least for me, today) was very challenging and I was dreading the rest a bit, but the next two weren't as bad (especially the second). So just keep this in mind if you're feeling like giving up! Happy weekend!!!

    Have never made a comment, but as the rest, since the pandemia, i take you with me to the gym, and follow on the workouts, i can feel the work, yet the right posture, the breather when is needed, all in all, the best i've seen, thanks Heather for being there for us!!❤❤

    IHeather, loved this compound exercise workout! 👍You're so creative with putting these combinations together to work both upper and lower body at the same time. That wall sit with biceps curls was deceptively hard! 😅Also, I really liked that squat/swing move, I felt the burn on my quads and glutes, and it also got my HR up!
    I'm so glad I found your channel! Your workouts are now a part of my weekly exercise schedule! 😊

And thank-you for the permission to keep us guilt-free to improvise!! in my late 50's my knees hurt if I do the cool-down move where I pull my foot up from the kneeling lunge position so I just simply do the standing version of it!! one more tomorrow and 8 weeks are in the books. i can't believe it!! going by so fast this time!

    My partner and I get up each morning at 5am to do your program and at the end of it we always feel GREAT! You’ve even converted my partner to try Pilates, mobility, cardio and LEGS lol he was the ‘upper body only’ type of guy before!!!! Thank you for a well thought out out program ❤

    I re started your program this January after 6 Months break. When i restarted in January i was 5 or 8 lbs for strength training but from last week i am using 10 to 15 lbs and doing compound strength exercise is difficult for me most of the time but today i killed it and i was surprised by it because doing combo exercise is achievement for me 🎉 🎉🎉….Thank you for that Heather ❤
