You’re not alone and we can turn our lives around together. I’m turning 26 this year and I’m married but it feels like I should be thinking about life differently. Granted I still have my party and goofy days but it’s still in the back of my head to be on your shit and eat right.

this was so amazing to hear from you Alisha. I went to in patient treatment for 2 months and am so glad you figured this out. I will say its super important to try not to label foods as good or bad/healthy or unhealthy. In my opinion this has really held me back and I had to just realize that all food is fuel and its ok to indulge and have the things you love. The most important thing i learned is that balance and intuitively listensing to your body r the most important things in recovery. i wish you all the best💕

One of the things I love about you most is how real you are. And so many RUclipsrs are not like that and i appreciate that so much about you. It’s truly the reason that I end up saving each one of the ur videos that I watch to watch later. I love you so much and keep being real and authentic and even when you feel like you don’t need to share that or people won’t want to watch your videos, just know that the people who will want to continue watching your videos, are the subscribers you want. Keep being you babe.
