literally going through the same thing this whole year has been a mess and a struggle with my mental health this video explained it perfectly and bangs suit you so well alisha wow it literally inspired me to cut mine again because i really let them grow out too long and i felt like a new woman so excited to see where this series goes

I’ve been struggling so much for the past few month and I feel like this video came at the perfect time. It’s gotten so bad that there are some nights I go to bed and hope that I don’t wake up in the morning. We're the same age, and I'm being extremely down lately as well, I would really just want to sell everything and start all over, just like you have said. I think getting close to 30, we really look back at all the years which have passed, and that can cause a lot of mental issues. I'm so glad you talked about it, and can't wait for this series!

I decided to revisit your channel after a while of taking a break from social media and RUclips for my actual mental health and can I say that this video helped me through some shit. I’m currently in my first year of college and this semester has been so hard on me with choosing the wrong major and forgetting to take my anxiety meds.

I just finished my first semester of college too. I also just changed my major, the major I had planned on for about 6 years. Don't be afraid to switch. I'm so glad I did. I also deleted all my socials as well😂

I just want to say thank you for sharing your journey! I’ve been living in Japan for the past 5 years and came back to America beginning of this year and it’s been rough mentally. Like you’ve I’ve always struggled with more anxiety than depression but I too have been so unmotivated this whole year. I feel like such a failure being almost 28 and not having my life together. Being in a similar situation this makes me feel like I’m not alone and can too change my life around.

I just wanted to let you know how much this video has helped me today! I myself have been going through a really dark patch with my mental health and its taken over my life to the point where I feel like I'm drowning and I don't know how to escape it. It has really had such a debilitating affect on my whole life including my university life/work and I am in the process of trying to fix it before its too late but with that comes a lot of pressure which increases my stress and anxiety. But watching this video, for 10 minutes I felt like finally someone understands what I am going through and although we aren't going through exactly the same thing it feels like I have someone holding my hand. I finally feel like I can breathe without being suffocated, like I can finally allow myself to feel the way I want to feel and not feel guilty. There's so much more that I want to say but can't put into words yet, but I want to just say Thank You! You have no idea how much this one short video has helped me and others and given us strength to carry on!

I've been watching you since Schoolisha and you are honestly my biggest comfort youtuber. I've loved watching you become more open about your mental health, it's helped me feel normal. While I hate that you have to go through this anxiety this year I'm very grateful you're sharing it because I've been having the worse time with my sister about to go to college and me going into sophomore year and how much my life is changing and knowing I'm not alone in this crazy anxiety is so comforting so thank you❤️

I feel the same right now i had a mental breakdown like a day ago where i just felt lost and i dont even feel like myself anymore. I lost my motivation lost control of my emotions so many times and I saw this video today and it just shows how relatable you are and how we can overcome these dark moments in our lives like this and grow as individuals so thank you.
