Chris, thank you for your inspiration, I used to do some workout for few years but never been able to do a pull up, just intended to have some exercises. After watching your channel, your consistency to training and cool pull up/muscle up inspired me a lot, I recently bought a pull up bar to train at home. After so many negative pull ups, Australian pull ups and assisted pull ups (with resistant bend), I just realized that I have already unlocked Pull up ! (Although only 1-3 rep, and the next after a bit of rest.) I have also started to learn handstand as your handstand stuffs are so cool; also I am doing at least 100-150 push ups everyday (usually broke into 25 rep of different variations) (now I can do 50 push up with no rest), sometimes cardio workout after I woke up. Thank you for the inspiration Chris, you are my idol, hope you all the best, mad love, peace out! (I am not a native English speaker so sorry for my bad English)
Hi Chris, I've always been fit. Long distance running was my exercise of choice, but I'm 70 now, and I've had to cut out the running. However, I still want to stay fit and make meals for my family that are healthy. I've tried a few of your meals and so far, everyone loves them and my sons see how simple they are and have actually started cooking too! Bless you! Now, I want to really work on my body to get rid of unwanted lbs and build muscle so I can meet the next decade, my 80s and hopefully my 90s head on healthy. Is there any chance that you would consider doing some age appropriate videos for those of us wearing silver sneakers? I'm sure there are many people my age that would love to try your routines for seniors! Thank you in advance for your consideration.
2 meals a day is exactly what I do as well. First meal at noon, second meal at 6 just about every day. Also carb cycle, and also been feeling pretty good about my physique. Crazy for so long people assumed you had to eat 6 small meals or constantly throughout the day for metabolism...
Hey Chris, I'm sixy six years old buddy, and I've lived my life as a lion. Having kept myself in peak condition for the better part of those years, I understand what it means to live a healthy life style. Unfortunately, I also suffer from heart disease, recently under went by-pass surgery, and have spent my last two years as an invalid as the surgery wasn't exactly problem free, suffering with chest pain daily, and also having fallen into a deep depression. I can think of nothing that can get me back to the person I was. Nothing except quite possibly the regimen I see you living by. I'm an ex-Marine and understand also the benefits of decipline ! On my last leg now,, honestly believing my life is about over; I'm still not quite ready to give up or give in to life's pressures. Having recently discovered your routines, I believe it's what I'm in need of. A chance to remake my body in hope's of keeping death outside my door. So partner, it's with much enthusiasm I look to start your exercise routines. In an attempt to prolong my life, I'll commit myself to your teachings, believing by doing so, if nothing else, my quality of life should improve exponentially. Starting tomorrow brother, it's "EVERYTHING HERIA, FOR LIFE, LOVE AND THE PURSUIT OF HAPPINESS ! Now that's a great caption if I've ever I've heard one ! Chris, I stumbled across your home workout vids a couple of days ago and just wanted to let you know that I really like and appreciate your attitude and role both as an athlete and as a teacher. I’ve struggled in the past with kicking myself into gear to achieve my fitness goals but you’ve inspired me to get super strong for myself on a whole new level. I admire the respect and dedication you have for your discipline; it shines through. I’ll be playing catch up on your stuff and look forward to seeing more from you. Thanks for all you do! Sending love and good vibes from the UK 🖤💫
so wholesome! feel you girl, it's super hard to stay dedicated..I find myself wanting to quit..how is it going and what did you do to stay motivated?? p.s. not being weird but my god you're gorgeous
Well in my case a lot had to do with mindset - being mindful about everything from my diet to my posture and form, and overall knowing what I wanted to achieve helped me to stay committed. With consistency I’ve improved on my breathing and ensured I engage the right muscle groups for whatever exercise I’m doing. Also, I take regular active rest days, *always* make sure to warm up and cool down, and I try not to take too many breaks during my workouts. I also switch up my workouts to give my muscles enough time to recover and to also hit them from different angles. I found doing this to be far more effective personally than other forms of training I’ve had in the past (e.g. EMS). Omg don’t quit! Find what works for you - everyone has their own goals and a different path that suits them. For me it was combining HIIT and strength training. Keep going - you didn’t come this far to only come this far 😁
8:35 my mind is just blown , how do you do this? how can i do this? i mean the level of balance and cohesive muscle strength that you have is phenomenal
Let's simplify this, in the morning as a wake up go do some compound body weight exercises (for Chris its 100 push ups and so many pull ups). Eat well throughout the day and in the evening do your full workout. In the morning your not trying to full stress your muscles but wake them up as you have no time to rest. Morning: 1. Compound body weight exercise / push exercise 2. (Optional) pull exercise 3. (Optional) cardio exercise 4. (Optional) (If you work eat breakfast) Breakfast Midday 5. Cardio 6.Lunch Evening 7. Strength routine 8. Dinner ( if more cardio more carbs if more strength more protien) 9. (Optional) Yoga hold position/balance/stretch exercises 10. Rest Meal planning: 1. Eat lean meats and fish, only spiced or herb seasoning no condiments, ideally steamed or grilled. 2. Complex carbs (vary on exercise) 3. Veg, dark greens 4. (Optional) (Fruits) 5. Good dairy (Milk/Yogurt) less additives the better and whey for men (animal milk), estrogen women (plant milk)

Christian, that food looks so tasty and simple. I order food every day man. Not fast food, but the food I eat isn't as healthy as your meals. I'm going to start eating food similar to what you show in this video, along with my meal drink which is that wonderful green tea. I do naturally skip breakfast on most days and stay to drinking water as soon as I wake up, so I back up your claim on that matter! Again, that food looks very tasty!
I found motivation here, but hardly something practical to apply. I did straightforward math: 1) morning routine, assuming you are used to it: -200 kcal water: +0 kcal 2) lunch casting video or riding skate: -300 kcal meal up to: +700 kcal 3) evening workout - it looks hard, but again assuming you are used to it: -600 kcal dinner up to: +900 kcal Summary: 1) consumed 1600 ccal 2) activity: 1100 ccal 3) general knowledge: essential activity, like breathing and seating, requires at least 1600-1800 ccal So the best case is: 1600 - 1600 - 1100 = minus 1100 ccal. In the previous video about nutrition was said that the one should have plus or minus 300 kcal at most. Also, I assumed the basis of 1600-1800 kcal but can that really work with a high level of activity?
You have to understand that these guys make content to generate revenue. The accuracy of the information they present is for the most part...irrelevant.
No way this guy is eating under 2k calories a day, with how active he is that's not possible, even Jeff Cavaliere's maintenance calories is 3k plus a day, if you want to see realistic "what I eat videos" just check Jeff or Jeremy Ethier's channel cause it actually takes a lot of calories to maintain being ripped.
My head is pounding today from eating just a tiny bit of carbs yesterday. Ugh! Lean and light is such a better look and feel, plus its intensively cost effective. Thanks for the meal tips.

Ive found that breaking my workouts up into multiple mini workouts through out the day helps me alot,it helps with having time to do them, and I've noticed quicker results from it,but we all respond differently to different types of training

I have been using Chris Heria Training schedule to train my wife after our pregnancy for the past 5 months, she was weighing 85kg and now is down to 60kg, and I am incredibly in shape as well. Thanks pal!
When Hermione pulled out a bulky book and said I checked this out for 'light' reading and Ron was like this is "light?!!" that was me when Chris said I do sthg 'light' like handstand pushups before sleeping 😂😂

You’re not alone, we’re all gonna make it brahs 💪🔥
Any encouragement from you, would go a long way. In any event, you have my respect. Take care !
The thing I like about Chris is that he is so respectful of other people's fitness goals; even though he is so much further ahead.
He doesn't look down or make people feel bad; instead he inspires.
Great guy.
Am I the only one who, when he hears something about water suddenly wants to drink water or not?
Nah, I just be chillin' and then he says "water" and I be like damn that sounds like it'd SLAP right now.
Just after i read your comment i immediately went downstairs for water
how about coffee good or bad?
I got water when he said you should drink water lol

@@monicarojas4666 your point
Let's simplify this, in the morning as a wake up go do some compound body weight exercises (for Chris its 100 push ups and so many pull ups). Eat well throughout the day and in the evening do your full workout. In the morning your not trying to full stress your muscles but wake them up as you have no time to rest.
Morning:
1. Compound body weight exercise / push exercise
2. (Optional) pull exercise
3. (Optional) cardio exercise
4. (Optional) (If you work eat breakfast) Breakfast
Midday
5. Cardio
6.Lunch
Evening
7. Strength routine
8. Dinner ( if more cardio more carbs if more strength more protien)
9. (Optional) Yoga hold position/balance/stretch exercises
10. Rest
Meal planning:
1. Eat lean meats and fish, only spiced or herb seasoning no condiments, ideally steamed or grilled.
2. Complex carbs (vary on exercise)
3. Veg, dark greens
4. (Optional) (Fruits)
5. Good dairy (Milk/Yogurt) less additives the better and whey for men (animal milk), estrogen women (plant milk)
I know What to eat but i don t know how much and that frustrates me So much. I always think i eat too less.
@@georgel7064 Look up a macro nutrient calculator and that should give you a rough idea. For protein it's usually about 1g per pound of body weight
I was trying to check his macros and by my calculations, which are most likely wrong, he has around 1,700 calories. Anyone tried checking on that? Isn't that too low?

Christian, that food looks so tasty and simple. I order food every day man. Not fast food, but the food I eat isn't as healthy as your meals. I'm going to start eating food similar to what you show in this video, along with my meal drink which is that wonderful green tea. I am starting my healthy journey with this I will see y’all soon when I get ripped thanks Chris 🙏
I found motivation here, but hardly something practical to apply.
I did straightforward math:
1) morning
routine, assuming you are used to it: -200 kcal
water: +0 kcal
2) lunch
casting video or riding skate: -300 kcal
meal up to: +700 kcal
3) evening
workout - it looks hard, but again assuming you are used to it: -600 kcal
dinner up to: +900 kcal
Summary:
1) consumed 1600 ccal
2) activity: 1100 ccal
3) general knowledge: essential activity, like breathing and seating, requires at least 1600-1800 ccal
So the best case is: 1600 - 1600 - 1100 = minus 1100 ccal.
I think you're massively overestimating the workout calorie burn
@@rhys9336 Even so, he probably has a bmr of at least 1600 calories a day. Cut the workout burn in half he is still in a deficit of 550.
Shifu Chris abilities are extraordinary...passing it on to his son...that his immortality 👊🙏😔
