@Hello O @mary nassuna Thanks. I recently found out that I suffer from extremely low testosterone following an injury from years ago which is part of why I got so bad. I've lost over 35 pounds of muscle in the last several years. I just saw the Endocrinologist today and had some tests, so hopefully this time next week I will be on TRT and be feeling a lot better~! It took some pushing but I'm trying to move things in a positive direction.
This had to be difficult to track man. Thanks for showing us to give an understanding of what it takes to be at a caloric deficit. Keep inspiring man. You have helped me especially so much over the last two years and I’m so grateful.

Personally I used to be really skinny. I used to be known as the skinny kid at school. I’m now turning 18 soon and I’m not exactly the skinny kid anymore. I’ve gained some weight and was super insecure about it. It’s been almost 4 weeks of training hard, eating healthy, and watching Chris Heria for inspiration. I put together a whole binder where I print out pictures of what I’m doing, eating, and my progress pictures. I’ve been going all in and got to say I couldn’t have even gotten started without the inspiration of Chris Heria !!!!!!
Yo man, I’m really glad to hear this. Definitely continue with your fitness journey for your health., but please never let your body define your self worth. Obviously, it is important to stay healthy and fit. It’s just as important to love yourself and have confidence with or without a aesthetic body. Just keep that in mind and enjoy your journey!
That’s good to hear. I’m super skinny. 6’3 and 150lbs at 24yo. I started 3.5 weeks ago going to the gym 6 days a week and trying to eat healthier and avoid a ton of sugar. Do you have any tips maybe? Hey, Chris! I've started making ginger shot smoothies based on your smoothie video. I use less ginger because it's so strong, and no one local carries turmeric root, but I'm still starting to get the orange, lemon, bee pollen, and pepper in my diet. I know this will make me healthier. Thanks again!

That's how you know how much effort Chris has been putting into his vids and workouts. Amazing job!
Great video Chris! I'm a swimmer, and every day I have a workout from my coach that totals 2hrs of swimming and 1 hr core and weight training. I usually burn 1,100 - 1,200 calories per practice, but as swimmers we usually eat more calories than we burn because we continue to burn calories for 1-2 hrs after workouts (so my total is usually close to 1500 per day.) Keep up the great work!
Hey man, I'm with the US Marines (Active) and i really enjoy these videos! I've been on-and-off working on my own calesthenics and this has given me a lot of motivation to push forward. Thank you for the help and if you want to do any events in schools, to try to help the next generation of kids see the light* on how workouts and fitness in general can strenthen both the body and mind reach out!
I used to see that running a mile burned basically the same calories as a slice of bread and got discouraged. But I've now learned that instead it should push me to take more care about what exactly I put in to my body. After that mindset change, I've already noticed improvements I've only dreamed about! 💪🏾

And I wqs is all of that 17 18 years old now I'm 19 ive been working out focusing and it's really separated me from the problems and all the bs that happens here everyday. ir videos keeps my mind focus nd gives me inspiration to work out everyday so I can achieve my dreams. I was an obese teen, when I was about 13 I had 120Kg, but I wanted to change, so I stopped eating junk food, started eating healthy and working out, the time passed and I was getting fitter, 9 months ago I started lifting weights and educating myself about fitness and nutrition, and now I can proudly say that I'm 16, 70Kg, :) Now I want to loose the rest of fat and get shredded, and your helping me with that, with your workouts and nutritional videos, I really appreciate your work, thank you.🤜🤛 (I remember trying to do your workouts when I started at 120Kg, they were so hard, but I can now say that I'm a lot better :), and I will keep improving and pushing myself.)

This is very challenging... If you want to fully burn the calories you eat/ calorie intake for the whole day, you have to put in a lot of work. Ofc, what you said was true, some exercises take more energy to perform them, so the heart has to pump more blood to supply the muscles with oxygenated blood. From there when your muscles are working, it burns more calories. Respect to you Chris 💪

I got out of the military 8 years ago, I was in the best shape of my life but also didn’t want anything to do with working out anymore. I became jaded to it. It was all down here from there. Couple weeks ago I forced myself to get in shape because it’s getting out of control. Too much alcohol and junk food. Yesterday I stumbled on your channel & I seen your before pics when you were super skinny and just seeing where you are now completely motivated me. I see that it isn’t being “blessed” with a strong physique, it’s hard works and dedication. I’m doing it man, If I don’t start now, I never will. Thank you for all the content!

Hey Chris hope you are doing great thank you for always motivating all of us around the world I started working out 1 year ago when COvid started I failed a bunch of times but 3 months ago I started back I was able to hold an l sit for 15sec and going from not being able to do 1 push ups to being able to do 25 push ups in a row with perfect form and going from not being able to do 1pull up to being able to do 7pull ups and got an insane transformation that I would like to send to you I am waiting for a reply on my comment to know where to send it to you

Thanks to Chris I've upped my game when it comes to calisthenics. I'm able to do 90 degree holds now for 45 seconds and I'm starting to do handstands to 90 degree holds. Thanks Chris for sharing the knowledge! Much Respect! /cheers from SoCal!

I got out of the military 8 years ago, I was in the best shape of my life but also didn’t want anything to do with working out anymore. I became jaded to it. It was all down here from there.
Couple weeks ago I forced myself to get in shape because it’s getting out of control. Too much alcohol and junk food. Yesterday I stumbled on your channel & I seen your before pics when you were super skinny and just seeing where you are now completely motivated me. I see that it isn’t being “blessed” with a strong physique, it’s hard works and dedication.
I’m doing it man, If I don’t start now, I never will. Thank you for all the content!
