@GAflyer There is a bug where the engine sound & RPM will show 100 even though the engine is off. If the engines don't come back up try turning off all of the switches and repeat the startup process. The throttles won't move from off to idle position until the RPM hits 25%.
I had this same issue. It only happens to me when I finish a sortie and try to jump right back into another mission. If you restart DCS completely before each sortie it should keep this from happening.
Finally a proper start up procedure that works with the newest version... Thanks brother!
!!if you cant uncage throttles its because the keybind is backwards, so you have to press r-ctrl end instead of home for example!!

Why i cant put it in any custom mission?
what did you do to unlock the throttles and put them in the min gas mode?
