While it would be nice, there is a fundamental difference between Animate and Photoshop. Photoshop is a bitmap paint application, while Animate is vector based. So the brushes and tools in Animate behaves more like Illustrator than Photoshop. You can create a brush in Illustrator and bring it into Animate, but they will be vector shapes.
There are a lot of alternatives to Animate out there. You can search them out and give them a try. I do not use any software that will draw like Photoshop and animate like Animate.
While there is no "import brushes" function in Adobe Animate, you can just copy any vector shape and paste it into a new document and use that as a brush.
i wish adobe animate had those photoshop style brushes.
