    Mujhe osteoarthritis ki problem hai,Dr. ne mujhe knee mein injection de hai greasing ke liye.main saudi arabia mein rahti hoon,is lockdown mein India 🇮🇳 aake treatment karana possible hani hai,main aap ki osteoarthritis series ki exercise se apne pain ko kafi had tak kheek kar rahi hoon,Allah se har pal dua karti hoon mera yeh problem hamesha keliye thik kar do,traction kane ka khayal aaya,aur Allah se dua mangi mere liye aasani kare aur Alhamdulillah mere Allah ne meri dua sun li aur aaj subah aap ka coming soon traction ka dekha,meri aap ke liye yahi dua hai Allah aap ko hamesha salamat rakhe,Allah ne aap ko honar diya hai,usse aap sab ki madad kar rahe ho,logon ki takleef dur karne mein madad kar rahe ho,Allah aap ko hamesha tarakki de,meri dil se dua hai,main 3 months se is taklif mein hoon aap ki rxercise se sahi se chal pa rahi hoon.In Sha Allah is traction se mere knee mein gap aane lagega.Once again Thank you 😊 bhai saheb.

    Sir plz share a video on lower back pain due to l-5 s -1 compressed .I can't do some exercises or walk more then 15 minutes due to lower back pain some times pain goes to my left also.and left knee is also effected .space reduction

    U Show the exercise easily but persons suffering from osteoarthritis find very difficult to fold the knees you please tell how many times we have To do it. After doing this I hope it will not create any problem for the knees. While sleeping pain increases at that time what we have to do please tell us.
    Kindly explain this in English as I do not know hindhi
