As you mentioned in the video when you walking on the stairs you told us instead of taking right foot first take left foot first , I noticed that way you are taking left foo then right foot on the same stair ?? Basically your both foot are on the same stairs, please clear this doubt!!
Just noticed one more thing when we sit on the sofa in a comfortable mood we put both legs up and on one sided bent , please clear if thats a mistake too ??
