    even though i do cardio multiple times a week i still have trouble breathing, and after watching about 10 videos on breathing exercises, i have to say this was the most beneficial exercise i found.. the only one that really challenged me and instantly made me feel improved. great video, not a gimmicky sales pitch

      Thank you for reaching out! All through the nose. Breathe through the nose always unless is an especific breathing technique that requires mouth breathing.

    • @rakelsosa

      All through the nose. Breathe through the nose as much as you can always, even when exercising, unless you really can't help it. It will increase your breathing capacity and your resistance.

      +JohnPKnuckles I missed your comment. Sorry for that! Maybe you were exhaling too long? When you do that you can loose too much carbon dioxide and feel dizzy abruptly. Has that happened to you before when exercising?

    • @rakelsosa
      @rakelsosa  8 лет назад +2

      Don't force it, it's a matter of practice and expanding your breathing capacity. Start with 1 second for some days, then 2 seconds, then 3 seconds, 4 seconds until you easily arrive to 5 seconds. Let me know how it goes! :)

    how long til I feel the difference in lungs? if I keep this up

    • @xxhardforcorexx1231
      @xxhardforcorexx1231 8 лет назад +3

      I'm not doctor or trainer, but I would think that if you do this every day for say a month, you'll probably notice a difference, but I wouldn't suggest stopping there. Obviously the more you practice, the stronger your lungs will get, give it a few more months or say a full year, and I promise you will notice an even greater improvement. I'd say it's definitely well worth it, but I guess it depends on how you look at it.

    • @rakelsosa
      @rakelsosa  7 лет назад

      As @xxhardforcorexx says, in three months you should feel your breathing
      capacity expanded. With constant practice of course. ; ) Keep it up!
      It's totally worth!

    Do a search for asthma acupressure and marma pressure points on the Internet. I cured my chronic asthma naturally by lip pressure to relax lung airways by reflex. With time my airway remodeling was cured.
