Thanks for the upload and thanks to Stacey Schuerman! I've had anxiety problems for years, and it's breathwork which really helps in stressful times, such as when my youngest is having a tantrum. The brilliant thing is that breathwork is free! One can simply activate the parasympathetic nervous system in a few minutes. I wish all those who read this comment a boss day.

I truly enjoyed your exercise, Stacey! Thank you for sharing this with the world. Meditation and breathing have enabled me to release and heal my PTSD and ADD. I have never felt better since I picked up meditation and breathwork as daily training since 2008. Anyone who's watching this or reading this comment, please listen to what Stacey is teaching, it's solid GOLD and your life will change - you just gotta give it a try and stick with if for a little bit before judging it. I have been meditating since 2008 and haven't missed a day since. I became so passionate about it, that I became a meditation trainer and started my own meditation-based business.

Guided Meditation has changed my life and now I just started doing Wim Hof's breathing technique each morning, followed by a cold shower. Just 3 days now and I feel like a new man. I'm 57. Darko P That is right. No point in harming oneself. Truth to be told, it has become a bit of on and off. Two or three days of meditation and breathing and cold showers and then a few days off. But the benefits are there and I aim to continue doing without overdoing it till I am fit enough.I am seeing some weight loss as well. Not sure if it has anything to do with the breathing exercises.

@Self Improvement I do it before. Of course 'looking' at the breathing is a common technique in meditation, but when I do this technique before I start the sitting meditation, the I get way more calm. I think it is the body that needs less air, so your breathing calms down, so you become more still. It stills the mind.

This is beautiful work. I would like to point out that Namaste is a respectful Hello in India. It is a form of greeting used when people meet together in a formal setting. I think Westerners practicing yoga use it as a replacement for "Bless You" or "Peace be to you" and I notice they use it at the very end. This is completely fine but it might confuse Indians if they go to India or other Hindi speaking cultures.

Namaste is the combining (sandhi) of Namah (bow to) + Te (you) = Namah Te = Namaste
Namaskar is used interchangeably with Namaste.
I don't know how Namaskar breaks down.

Thank you, Ms. Schuerman. You did it for me. I am eternally grateful. Your calm, soothing words and instructions triggered a desire in me to do this again. I was able to connect. God’s Grace. Long life.
