I believe the inner lining of the nose and little hair that should trap dusts etc is responsible of our allergies. Is there a natural remedy to make nasal lining healthier, grow the hair in the nose back or make them improve their function? I agree with u Sara. I haven't found ANYTHING to work for pollen allergies. I took allergy shots for a year. The shots didn't work. The shots provided little to NO relief for pollen allergies. As far as dairy goes. I have little/to NO dairy at ALL. My main issue is Cedar/Juniper in Austin, TX. I also have a partially deviate septum & structural issues in my sinuses that was explained by a real doctor that specializes in allergies ONLY. She recommended Ballon Sinuplasty & exact surgery, which is around $7000 to fully address my issues. I end up with severe, debilitating allergies from December to January & often end up having to take steroid shots (which become less effective over time or steroid pills which the female doctor that's an expert gave me/the pills worked better). It sucks !! I feel your pain. Usually general practitioner doctors don't have a clue on how to help someone with chronic allergies. I probably could fix my problem if I had $7000.to $8000 dollars-MAYBE for Ballon Sinuplasty & exact surgery.

If you have true allergies, plus sinus problems see a specialist in only allergies, so you can get a x-ray scan of your sinuses and an allergy skin test. I'm allergic to at least 25 pollens. Benadryl alone won't work. General practitioner doctors don't have the Knowledge or expertise to help you.
