I'm not familiar with any other exercises. Using the pressure points by the nostril is definitely a big help!

3:20 I am stuck, I apparently don't know how to swallow on command? Initially I have saliva or something to swallow but after like the second time, when there's really nothing left in my mouth, not even any saliva, i get confused because I tried to make the swallowing motion but all I end up doing is to hold my breath and gag. I have to feel something (even a tiny bit of saliva) at the back of my tongue to be able to swallow. How do I swallow nothing?
I hear you, the same thing used to happen to me. Try taking a sip of water then swallowing. Worked for me
Why is the swallowing one so difficult to do if you don't have any spit to swallow? I'm really struggling with that one.
Maybe a few sips of water to wet your whistle prior to each attempt could help. Keep up the great work!
