Today March,2024, I found this video very luckily and I have started practising it. I have chronic COPD. Please do not take this video down. May God bless you for this divine job.
It is now March 2021. I started these last month. COPD and emphysema diagnosis. These are helping me tremendously!! Thank you very much! Please don’t take these down!
I am a 59 year old male. I was a division 1 college tennis player and in my 20s and early 30s kept in good shape having run 3 marathons and dozens of running races. I had hernia surgery at 28 and also had an accident at same age where I fell 20 feet onto an asphalt parking lot, shattering my left arm. At around 38 I began having neck pain. It worsens over 10 years while I tried every modality known to me yet it only worsened. I ended up having 43 spinal epidurals and 7 spine surgeries. I still have the majority of my chronic c-spine and bilateral arm pain symptoms. Recently I began really focusing on re-learning how to breath as we were born to as I had been breathing very shallow and up into my neck. Along with this I realized that my transversus abdominas was not functioning and my torso was unstable as a result. The more breathing and core work I do, the better I feel and pain symptoms decrease. It is frustratingly slow to get to the point where correct breathing and a properly fin sinking core, and Glutes!, become habits. Your videos are excellent and I watch them daily now. Thank you for offering your great tutorials. Alan
And December 2020 I had a vast issues of health problems and had a seizure. That landed me in the hospital and it was soon discovered that I had interstitial lung disease and pulmonary fibrosis. Due to Covid restrictions I did breathing exercises at home with Donna’s videos. It literally save my life. Then I contracted Covid and as sick as I was I did these videos every day. I have now lost 60 pounds from just these videos. I can breathe better I’m stronger and all I can say is thank you thank you thank you Lord Jesus and thank you Donna
Thanks for asking it’s a difficult diagnosis to accept however with the breathing exercises and the ability to keep motivated with god’s help I will be able to help myself and other people with similar diagnosis to feel good and help with Pain breathing and general health is my goal. This is why I appreciate Donna so much
am so very thankful that these videos are still up and available. Just found them this week and already having success in doing them. Thanks so very much and God bless.

Thanks so much. I've had pneumonia twice and after 3 years my breathing is still bad. I need to improve - especially with the risk of covid now in Australia. These exercises are manageable and I liked having the explanation of what each exercise is doing for my muscles.

My mother died 12 years ago with pulmonary fibrosis. Now that I have been diagnosed with the same disease I see how helpful and how much better I’m doing with Donna’s videos and the power of prayer and positive thinking

Place due to the owners renewing my lease it has been a challenge to move really quickly with out a place to go. I am blessed with family who have helped me out But I am a forced retired nurse because of diagnosis
This is my wife’s account, I have Idiopathic Pulmonary Fibrosis. I found this video around July of 2023 and have done these exercises, although when I do them it makes me couch up a lot of junk ,which I believe is good and beneficial. After doing them I feel much better and my oxygen levels increases ❤. They are safe and easy to do. Please do not take this video down I feel it has helped me immensely. Thank you so much!
I have end stage COPD. I've been working these exercises at least 4 to 5 times per week and they have made a difference.I also do Tai Chi 3 to 4 times per week. I showed your videos to my pulmonary specialist and she was thrilled. Her advice was to keep doing them as often as possible. Thank you for making these available to people.
Found this today amazing. I've been having problems in shoulders, upper back, ribs, tight muscles you name it... I've recently had a bacterial then a viral chest infection within weeks of each other. As soon as I've done these exercises i know they are going to help will be doing at least 4x week thank you so so Much I've been suffering for a long time
Thank you, I am a stage 4 ROS-positive lung cancer patient. I have been experiencing breathing difficulties and these exercises are very helpful to reduce the problem and make me feel better.
Thank you. This was very informative and interesting. I've had bronchial issues my entire life (50's). With the Coronavirus going around I thought it would be a good idea to exercise those lungs. All this staying home has enticed me to start getting healthy and exercise. I've been walking 2 miles a day. That's huge for me. If all this helps me if I get Corona perfect. If nothing else I'm getting healthy for my body.
Thank you, i feel so relaxed now.....its very easy exercises and very effective. i have lungs problem, since i started doing these exercises feel way better.it was hard for me when i started but i am getting use to it now.

Thanks so much for these exercises! I have lack of air when I walk, though I exercise a lot (no problem for that) with ashtanga yoga. I wake up at night coughing, which lasts at least one hour. I am trying these wonderful exercises to see if I can improve my respiratory capacity. Thanks again for your generosity. All the best for you. María
Been doing these exercises (on and off) for 5 years for COPD. Was wondering if in addition to these, you might have exercises specifically for shortness of breath. Thank you!
Thanks a lots for the procedure of the lung exercise I can easily tired coz only one .can produce oxygen and my airflow is no ..I keep on doing the exercise .
Hello! I just found your videos..2024 September - thank you so much for doing these vids. I'm 57 and am just trying to open up my back (ribcage area) . LMT told me I'm really tight there.🤷♂
Great video dear, just would like to ask if it's good for the patients with pneumothorax? And how many times they should repeat each step, do they have to repeat same steps for 30 minutes to 1 hour???
Squats/aka deep knee bends are excellent for the metabolism. In my late 70s, with lumbar spinal stenosis, I use them as part of a home exercise routine.
I was diagnosed with Chronic Airflow Limitation. I don't want to take Seretide anymore as it gave me a bad throat infection. These exercises are wonderful but I ache in the chest and shoulder area whilst doing them. Is this normal? I get quite light headed at times and have to lie down for a few moments. I haven't done much exercise in my lifetime...could this be the cause for the terrible discomfort...or should I stop? (I'm not overweight and not a smoker)
