We've been doing a gymnastics routine and that adapting it with a few stretches that feel like they work our lungs well. This video gives us some additional things to try. Thanks.

Hi great video. Should we do like 10 reps of each exercise at minimal breath hold or should we do a couple exercises with first contraction ?

I am unclear about exhaling, do i have to inhale then exhale and do the stretching or do I have to hold the breath after inhaling and do the stretch?
