I have always had horrible asthma. I am trying to work out and strengthen my lungs and diaphragm so I can breathe without so much pain. Thank you ! Wish me luck
Good morning, I have been interested in the topic of breathing for several years. When traveling by bus, I often try to breathe only the volume of air "in my nose" I was interested in the topic of breathing reduction... can you "get to know" your breathing capabilities/limits during the classes? determining the minimum number of breaths per minute or minimum tidal volume. Are there methods using re-breathing or breathing with a lean oxygen mixture? supervision of an instructor, maybe somewhere, someone conducts some interesting experiments related to breathing?
So happy I found your video and now able to follow:) Thank You 🙏 very much as Freediving has literally changed my life and continuous learning is fantastic:) Best to you, Doug
The goal of recovery breathing is to quickly oxygenate the body after a breath hold, and the most efficient way to do it is through the mouth. Breathing through the nose, inhalation and exhalation is more limited.
How frequently in a week’s training would you recommend doing these stretches, and for how long? Is a certain number of repetitions needed to begin to see effects?
It's always better to be able to dedicate a few minutes repeated times a week than one day of a lot of stretching. So, consistency is better than intensity when it comes to this...at least that's the philosophy of Alexey himself :)
It it absolutely gorgeous I love it so much ! Would you please recommend a daily morning routine which includes the repetitions and time. Thanks in advance
Solid exercise! Part of my daily morning routine
