This is Lucy moving to an even higher level than before. It’s not just a song but a performance. She has slowed the pace of the song which allows her to showcase her ability to hold a note before adding vibrato. And for a song that is widely known for THAT high note she gives the song a whole new feel with her lower range that is just heavenly. Keep enjoying her music ❤️

Wow. She is just mesmerizing. What else can you say? I think this is her best performance yet, although We Can Change The World, All By Myself, and Footprints In The Sand come close. And her vocal range is stunning.

I actually wasn't sure about it at first I felt like there was some unnecessary pitch correction on her voice but the more I've listened to it the more it has grown on me and what I mistakenly thought was studio gimmicks is in actual fact what I now believe to be a maturation in Lucy's tone that I'd never heard previously.
Just when you think she has peaked and cannot possibly improve on seemingly perfection she keeps on raising the bar!
Lucy is a vocal superstar! That tone, the warmth, her delivery, the emotion she puts into every song, pitch perfect and her beauty makes her truly outstanding and one of a kind!

Saeed, It's interesting that in this basically bust shot she can get across so much emotion. And note the number of times she brings her hands to her chest making it very personal; including herself in the emotion. Her voice is pure silk, full of depth and as you mentioned her diction is very clean. WOW!

To be brutally frank....She's so beautiful which can mesmerise you instantly, but there's also a humbleness/cuteness about her that makes her voice kind of secondary .....and as ridiculous as that sounds, because it's undoubtably the ACE in her arsenal. Her abilities voice wise is just out of this world. Her tonality, vibrato, pitch is just 100% constantly spot on. She's always so crisp and crystal clear and she has the best crescendo I''ve ever heard. This girl just can't fail to succeed. She's just got everything going for her....... like a female Elvis, if you get my meaning.

This is Angelina Jordan, I think Angelina and Lucy are equal in quality but I prefer Angelina.
Even in quality? Lucy has that warm, full voice that I don't get from Angelina. Also, Lucy has a better style according to my taste although I think that is a matter of personal preference. I'll grant that Angelina does a great Job with this song. I think Bobby Hatfield would enjoy both of their performances.
AJ learned early in life that weird noises got her attention....and she has not changed.....too much vocal gymnastics !!
AJ´s version is great But I like Lucy´s better. I prefer Lucy´s voice
