Pentatonix is a magical musical box of chocolates. Any style, any genre and sometimes even in different languages. Pentatonix is truly genre-less which may be why they don’t get airplay. They aren’t a pop group because they won a Grammy for arranging a medley of Daft Punk EDM songs. They aren’t an EDM group because their second Grammy was from arranging Dance of the Sugar Plum Fairy a classical tune from The Nutcracker by Tchaikovsky. They aren’t a classical group because they won their third Grammy with country icon Dolly Parton singing a remake of Jolene a country song. They are a jack of all genres (trades) but they are truly Masters of all of it.

I think I was about 18 when the album Presto, this song is from, came out. So many great messages from this album. This song reminded me to keep chasing my dreams and don’t give up. I think you would like Hand Over Fist, Anagram, and In the Available Light.

Yeah this is a song used to play a lot when this came out way back, used to play it on guitar also, but like yourself, and my own dealings in this subject, and know people who have been effected, be this tragedy. I would love to see a reaction to "ICU" or "Victim or Survivor". Both songs are very powerful songs by the band Citizen Soldier, which is a band that makes songs centered around mental health struggles.

They've done Friends On The Other Side, as a full video. :) And Geoff recently released a short one of Trust in Me. I imagine you've seen their Oogie Boogie Song. Geoff was once asked to be Gaston but turned it down as he felt he was not heavy enough. He's been bulking up a bit since then, as can be seen in his latest release.

I love the freedom independence gives this man. He engages with fans in the most genuine way, he raps with unparalleled raucousness and audacity, and when he sings, he does so from the heart and without filter.
