This was such an amazing flow sequence. Perfect balance of easy & challenging poses. I must admit couldn’t do some of the poses but will revisit this flow to try again 👩🏻🖤💫✨You’re amazing 🤩

I just did this one it's not an easy practice if u r stiff or arthritic be careful and stay within your range of motion and be patient very very soon with consistence you will see yourself becoming a rubberband. It starts out really slow with tons of stretches to open all channels to receive the peak poses at the end I was like omg this is so easy but then there r sun salutations tons of them to build up the heat. This is a good solid practice it's challenging and now I am sweating like horse that's kristina your amazing.
The great thing about this practice is the pace. The pace is slow and steady allowing you to better focus on the feelings and sensations. Highly recommended!
This was great news when I saw the notification for this. Love heart opening so much. I also love the longer length of your videos, as I can't get enough yoga into my life and I enjoyed the hip opening that you snuck in here.

No words can express how much I love to start my day with your yoga routines - my only worry is that I cannot do it as often as I would like to...;) My aim is to practice once a day but so far it's about 3-4 times a week. However I see huge progress in my practice - this session proved that I'm much more flexible in my hips and lower back then about one month ago. Hi Katargyna! Thank you for your regular feedbacks, they mean a lot to me! I also wish I could practice daily, but unfortunately I don't always have this opportunity. We should do our best to practice as often as we can but if don't get to practice as often as we wish, we just need to focus on appreciating at least the times we do get to practice) Namaste!
The training was intense, but I loved every bit of it, our day consisted of pranayama class, asana, music/mantra class, anatomy and philosophy. It lasted a month and was able to earn my 200 hr YTT. I am looking to teach locally now, so far I am trying to get back into my schedule as jet lag from India to back home in the states is rough.. I really really loved learning about the mantras and their meaning, music class was my favorite, the curriculum was demanding but honestly I am so happy and glad to have done it : ) Thank you for asking, also, seems like you've been busy
I hope one day to go to India for a more in depth training. We just got back from Europe too and recovering from a 7 hour time difference. ) Good luck to you!
1st time I practiced 80mins session ....this was really really 🔥 but last advance pegion pose I couldn't do it.....I was not able to turn my shoulder forward ....need to practice .... great class🔥
I really love your practices and find it great that you still upload challenging classes although you are pregnant. I need your advice. I am quite flexible in my hips and have been practicing my backbends for a long while now. But I still cannot get into the full king pigeon pose. Do you have any tips?

Thank you for your answer! I don't feel any tension in the back, only in the shoulder, I cannot rotate the elbow. When I try it with the strap I am near the foot but I cannot reach it. With the strap, I feel some tension in the shoulders but mainly in the neck when I drop my head. Thank you!
This practice was challenging for me today--I really felt a lot of work in my hips and hip flexors. I feel incredible afterwards though and I was able to do bound reverse triangle on both sides (whoohoo!!). Thank you
As a yoga teacher myself, I find your classes good. But it seems to me that you could speak louder and clearer. Even though it's an advanced class, on the other class (to kapotanasana) you also started with difficult things and then changed to the easy ones... I don't know if I understood that, but it must work for someone else then. Anyway, I just think that the feedbacks are valuable, I don't have an open RUclips channel for example, but I do attend classes every day, so I hope you don't mind. Good job you're doing.
Hi thank you for your feedback. But on my devices the sound is good. If you are on the phone cleaning the loud speaker openings helps . This one is almost 4 years old and newer classes are recorded with another mic. So may be those will sound better to you. As for the sequence i scrolled up and i dont see anything difficult at the beginning that wouldnt be appropriate. What are you referring to? 🙃
