This method worked for me. Clicked on the accessibility button turned off wifi and forgot the network I first connected to. Worked like a charm.

I know this video is old but I was directly getting sent to the school and work sign in page rather than the personal page. The accessibility man was there but the same menu did not show up. It worked to turn off the computer and manually unplug my router. This let me get passed the screen

12/26/23 - Pressing Mr. Accessibility did not bring up the same screen. I then just turned off my router and it worked.
No longer works as today i have a new win 11 laptop bought yesterday no back button and the little guy icon brings up different stuff , microsoft closed this loophole.

I use shift +f10 then turn of network connection flow...Then it gives you a local account. Now with new version of win 11, tried the above method and it says ...oops go back and reconnect to wifi and can't bypass now.
modern builds dont allow that function and MS blocks CMD from running as an "un-verified app"
Didn't work for me... when I click the little guy it pulls up a small menu not setting menu
If you install Windows11 on a local account from scratch, doesn't this wipe off all the pre-installed programs that come with Windows? I ask cos a lot of vids show the Windows pop-up, that only has 'Settings' & one other on the apps page. Thanks in advance! 👍

Just bought a hp laptop and this dons't work. A different menu opens with options for narrator, magnifier and sticky keys
Bought an hp for Christmas 2022 and none of these tricks worked to bypass this MS account requirement. Even turning off wifi in the accessibility menu didn't give me the back button this video shows. FED UP! Returned the stupid computer. Looking for an older one with windows 10.
Did this when it asked for a wifi network and ended up soft locking myself. It tells me to turn wifi back on but wont allow me to do so.

Do you have anything for the "let's set things up for your work or school" screen, it won't let me go pass it, I even put in my school info
This seems like it is being set up for an organization. Try with no credentials first, otherwise try to reinstall the OS (if you are allowed to) we have a video showing how to make a bootable installer that bypasses it

DIdn't work for me. The little guy did not offer access to the menu you have displayed - rather just magnifier, contrast themes and four other options. I am SO bummed your tip failed me.
You can also just turn off your router.
After doing as shown in the video, I was able to use the shortcut Shift + F10 but it doesn't work when we stop the "Network Connection Flow" process
Did you try clicking on the "back arrow" on the top left? When you go back and go forward, it will skip the log in as it doesn't think there is an internet connection
@@lapfix yes I tried and it gives a message "oops" and force you to retry connecting to a wifi again. I also tried the oobe/bypassnro command but it doesn't seem to work either
I'm sure you already tried airplane mode. The last step and resort would be to remove the wifi card if you are comfortable doing that. Just be careful
Another way was to Disable the Wi-Fi adapter in the BIOS and then run the command prompt in system32 : oob\bypassnro as explained in this video : ruclips.net/video/ndK4Ela4zOg/видео.html

at "let's connect you to a network" press Shift F10, type "taskmgr" find "Network Connection Flow" under Processes and "End Task". Super easy and fast
Doesn't work anymore. They disabled the ability to type in the command promot that pops up.
