How To Make Brioche Bread Without Mixer

In this video I made brioche bread without a mixer.
Recipe
:
Egg 3
Warm milk 1/2 cup
Sugar 4 tablespoon
Instant yeast 1 tablespoon
Flour 3 cups
Unsalted butter 1/3 cup
Salt 1/4 teaspoon
For the sponge method use 25% of the flour mix with all the sugar, yeast and milk
Eggwash: 1 egg + 2 tablespoon Milk
