Brioche Bread|Apron
Lukewarm milk 70ml+-
Active dry yeast 6g|2tsp
Bread flour 300g|2,1/8cup
Sugar 30g|1/8cup
Salt 2.5g|1/2tsp
Whole egg 3 (55g+- an egg)
Unsalted butter 80g|1/3cup
Dark brown sugar 30g|1/8cup
Sesame as needed

Please show eggless recipe or if possible egg substitute....I have made many breads from your recipe...they always come out perfect.

Brioche needs eggs but if you want that same fluffy texture make milk bread instead.
Can i replace walnut or any nuts instead of brown sugar inside the bread ?
You can replace it with anything including Nutella, thick jams, poppyseeds and raisins. In Eastern Europe we call this “strudel dough” which is different than strudels in western countries that are made from puff pastry. The recipe is the same, taste is the same, and we get very creative with the fillings, my favourite is with ground walnuts and sugar.
You can put less sugar if you’re making a savoury one with ricotta and spinach or something similar.
This is a beauty. But can I knead it without a stand mixer? The dough seems very sticky to handle if I don't have a stand mixer. Kindly enlighten me. Thank you for sharing this beautiful recipe.
Would be very difficult without a mixer and dough hook. It would take you a very long time as well.

In my opinion, add more milk as subtitute for eggs
@@nisaspica5931DO NOT replace the eggs with more milk!! Then it wont be brioche. Brioche is an enriched dough and needs the eggs and dutter.

Because it is「brioche」bread! Brioche bread need more sugers and butter to soft tasty.

El que no está procesado. El de caña de azúcar con tono ligeramente tostado.
The one that is not processed. The sugar cane one with a slightly toasted tone.
