You just told me more than the respiratory therapist that fit me. I told her my narrow face was the problem with my mask....you confirmed that suspicion for me. Thank you!
Some Therapists are not that good at mask fitting for some reason. When I first walk in the door, till we actually get to the mask fitting part of a set up I'm studying the pts. face. I even find myself doing this when talking to people when not working lol.
Just purchased a AirTouch F-20 and its the best decision I made. I tried nasal and other full face but had a skin irritation between my skin and mask seal, even tried a cotton t-shirt like material between mask and skin acquired from my local V.A Clinic. Cotton helped but tended to bunch up creating leakage. The full mask with a forehead pad made a sore spot. I'm a mouth breather, leaker, so nasal was out. Seems the memory foam made a better seal and no skin irritation. Best of both worlds. Now to convince the V.A to provide AirTouch F-20 cushions. Another challenge! Keep up the info Lanky, great job!
The F20 was a revelation for me. It almost feels like the medium size mask was custom designed for my face. I do have skin irritation on my chin from using the mask, but it's balanced out by the fantastic seal and comfort the mask provides. After using it for almost a year, just feeling the mask on my face means it's sleep time.

@Brock Beckham Thanks so much for your reply. I found the site thru google and I'm in the hacking process atm. Looks like it's gonna take quite some time so I will get back to you later with my results.
This is the first tutorial that actually does it give the best explanation on this mask, it really helps me to understand the type of mask i need. Thank you so much!
Really, I’m moving from the AirTouch F20 to the F30. Not sure if I dig the F30i. In all fairness, I haven’t used it. It just looks awkward to have the hose go to the top of your head. You really like it that much? Sell me on it, why the F30i instead of the F30?
@@-zach-crook- I've just noticed your old post. The problem I have with the F30 is the heavy and bulky elbow at the front. I move around a lot and suffer airleaks. Contemplating the F30i right now.

New to CPAP. Such a huge difference. Just used your affiliate link to buy some mask bright and other cpap accessories. Thank you for all of your videos they are very helpful. Cheers
I have been on apap for a little over a year now. When I went to get my machine I asked could I use the pillows because I thought I was a mouth breather. And she told me exactly what you said. I was mouth breathing because I couldn't breath while I was sleeping. So she said I should try it out that I had a couple of weeks to change my mask. I love the pillows. Haven't had to change masks at all. Thank you for the video.
You just described me when I figured I had a problem. I was dreaming I was at the bottom of a pool, swimming in Mexico City (I've never been to Mexico City). I woke up gasping for air. Been a papper person for about 8 years now. I started with the Mirage quattro FX, tried the F20 for a month and now I have a F30 now. I'd like to try F30i so I can roll over either direction.
I love this mask at times when I’m congested. Far better than the dreamwear full face mask as the nasal area doesn’t distort as much and minimal corner mouth leaks. The headgear stays in place better than the dreamwear. Still love my primary dreamwear nasal cushion mask, just sometimes a goodnight sleep is reliant on a higher calling.
I had surgery on my deviated septum so I could wear my nasal mask. So glad I did too! I still get blocked from using the fan or from eating cheese but otherwise its perfect.
Thank you for the explaining the sleep science (mouth breathing, nose shape, deviated septum, and face shape) in this video. I have the F30, and it is almost perfect but...sometimes it seems as though the nasal holes don't line up. I'm curious about why Resmed didn't create a continuous opening in their design? Have you a physics lesson to offer on that point? BTW I think most of your followers are probably Serial Monogamists when it comes to CPAP. While I won't upgrade my spouse, I do count on you to introduce me to the latest and best. Much appreciation for what you do. And the irreverent humor is a great counter to some of the drabness of sleep apnea.
Thanks you for your very informative video. I started out with the f20 and it made a deep indention on the bridge of my nose and a raw spot quickly developed-I quickly used one of my wife’s extra f20 memory foams, but it was too late; the damage was done, and my nose was bleeding and close to getting infected. I swapped with the f30 and I have been great ever since. Finally, as the expert you are, it made me feel reassured that your favorite mask was the one I picked. My DME company wasn’t very helpful about what to do (they had been paid by my insurance) and it always takes a least an hour to get a human on the phone. So, researched and I saw the f30 and recommended it to THEM for ME. And I haven’t had a problem with it in well over a month-not a single mark. Again, very informative video and you explained everything simply, but extremely well. I liked and subscribed.
I have deviated septum and use nasal mask no problem. My CPAP helps me to breath when I have congestion, my nose is pushed clear with the air pressure.
I'm soooooo glad I saw videos like this that helped me realize I didnt need a full face mask! My sleep tech mentioned that I was breathing thru my mouth a bit when I was sleeping so I was like "oh, maybe I should get a full face mask, just to be safe" But that was when I didnt know there were ways to keep my mouth shut while asleep! So today I'm getting my first mask, it's a resmed n30i I think? It's what I used for my sleep study and worked super well Thank you so much for the help and laughs 🙂 💜 when I got diagnosed I didnt realize I'd also be joining a community and that feels good, like I'm not alone in this Also, I love when you mix in more comedic stuff into your videos, it's so good
This line: "when I got diagnosed I didnt realize I'd also be joining a community and that feels good, like I'm not alone in this" is poetry to my ears....seriously. 😄
Great video. Being a new CPAP user, I started out with a Simplex but found that I had a lot of leaks causing dry eyes, at the end of my 3-month limit, I went with a Dreamwear and love it (I have a fuller/rounder face) and it was this video that had me choosing it over the F30i.
I'm currently using the AirFit F20 and I found that I can use a non alcoholic wipe and then place it in my SoClean machine with no negative effect that I've noticed. Extends the life of the cushion somewhat.
Greetings from Australia, For me the nasal mask got the best results but for 6 hours after i woke my nose ran and ran . After 7 days i had to go back and change as my nose would not stop running . I went to a full face mask then ended up with pressure mark issues . Then went to the deam ware one that sits under your nose and your nostrils sit in it and covers your mouth which suited me heaps better . once i did that my nose slowed down to very minor issues . I had to have the air pressure increased and then there are the leaks and my figures are not as good but still under the recommended figure as when i used the nose mask. But my choice was not about fashion or what looks better . Just it is no life waking up at 4pm and my nose was running for hours each day. Sometimes there is give and take and no matter which way you go there are small issues or large issues. Alot of people i have come across in Australia get put straight onto a nose mask first when they trial .it is accepted here they are more beneficial then full face masks from what i hear. But in the end it is what suits the individual and helps make the cpap machine and mask not become a big issue so we can get on sleeping and not worrying about it. A cpap machine and mask should be like faint backround music .you sort of hear it knows its there do not mind it but it is not your whole focus . I enjoy your reviews and talks about cpap machines masks etc
love, love your description of the Dreamwear full face mask....that's the one I am getting....cause you know faces like shovels love this mask! LOL :-D
I AM ON MY 3RD WEEK ON MY PHILIPS DREAMSTATION AND THE MASK IS MAKING THE BRIDGE OF MY NOSE REALLY SORE..I WOULD LOVE ONE OF THE UNDER NOSE CUSHION AND MOUTH TYPES OF MASKS BUT JUST CANNOT SIMPLY AFFORD IT. I THINK THAT ALL THE EQUIPMENT FOR CPAP MACHINES IS EXTREMELY EXPENSIVE .. THANKS FOR SHARING..
I graduated from the Air Touch f20 to the Airfit f30. Personally, I love my new f30! Been using for about three months and leaks are not a problem for me. However, I do use hose lift for my hose and a CPAP pillow which helps with most mask issues.
I've gotten a full face mask just because I have allergies a lot, but I'm getting a nasal too for when it's better ☺️ Ive been watching a lot of your videos, and I think I'll get the dreamwear nasal mask
under the nose is a cool concept but they all end up hurting the skin between my lip and nose. with higher pressures they seem to inflate a lot too. i find the older style ffm to be more secure, even if slightly less comfortable.
Dreamwear, perfect for shovel-face...Lol....I have the F30 as a backup. I tried the Dreamwear full face and didn’t like it. I use the Dreamwisp as my primary and it’s great. Just goes to show that a manufacturer doesn’t hit a home run with every model they sell.
Had a big problem with my F&P Vitera swivel hose fitting: the air flow on mine is greatly reduced if the hose swings to the side. It's ok only if it's straight to the front and extended outward. Because I was straining to inhale, I hot glued it in place. It worked great until I rolled on my side while asleep and the stress popped the hot glue. The reduced airflow enough to actually wake me up struggling to breathe. So I got out my handy e6000 rubber cement and that holds it in place so I can breathe now. ARGHH! Also, sometimes the silicone flap gets stuck and blocks my exhale. I tried a ResMed AirFit N30 and struggled with it wiggling out of place constantly - on max tightness. Then my nasal passages swelled shut at the higher pressures, so back to the Vitera for now.
I used a nose mask for years. My doctor wasn't happy and raised my pressure. Next I got a fitting as a result of which I had a chin strap which didn't do the trick. I was willing to try full face so I was sent for a study. The quality of my sleep has vastly improved. My dry mouth (a major cause of tooth decay) is almost gone. The daily numbers my AirSense 10 has been spitting out before/after I got the Amara View are night & day. I'm checking this video out because I don't think I found the ideal mask for me (my nose often goes into the nostril hole) but I'm sold on full face.
F30I vs Dreamwear: IMO: F30I is a bit more comfortable. F30I has superior disconnect at hose, at magnet grips, and disconnecting the mouth cover from mask. The only edge for Dreamware is the one nose opening (F30I has 2).
I just discovered that I am not completely crazy, I also have the same problem with Dreamwear, it leaks on each side at the level of the mouth even after trying the 4 masks supplied with it. I thought I was making a good purchase following the comments on this model because I have to wear a chin bar with my Resmed N20. I imagine I have a face like yours, because by weighing lightly towards my face on the two lower straps there is no more leakage, I concluded that the curve as you say is too flat. I'm wondering if I should buy the Resmed F30i, it seems to have fixed your problem? Well done for your videos, I learned a lot!
I have the small F30i and it still leaks for me. My face is that much thinner and my nose is very thin that I can't get it to seal at all. I am stuck with a full face F10 for her. But I get no leaks and since they upped my max pressure, I am having much better success at night. My AHI is below 1 almost every night now.
I'm a newbie in the game of CPAPs and am using the F30i. I like it. But, I may try the F30 instead. I'm a side sleeper and I tend to crush the silicon tubes when the side of my face hits the pillow. Granted, air will continue to come through via the second silicon tube on the other side of my face. But, I almost feel like I don't get as much air when I do that.
ResMed Airfit F30i is a great design except for the plastic tabs that ALWAYS break off. I can't afford to keep buying these when the tabs break within a couple of weeks.
I've been using the dreamwear for 6 months and am constantly pushing it back up under my nose. I bought a small tube and still it slides down..just bought an f30 thanks to your review and am looking forward to trying it out when it arrives
@@niteangel27 wasn't impressed with the f30 at all..resmed claims the head gear fits all....wrong...way to big for me. Rubs my ears but if I pull the top strap tighter it just slips constantly to my forehead . Not happy at all ...I think most of these masks are designed around men
@@niteangel27 im using the dreamwear. Bought a reusable handmade mask liner from ebay and it has helped the slipping loads. But still on the lookout for a better fitting mask and headgear 🙂
New F&P Evora Full Face is worth trying - Good Sea,l clear view. Gets my vote. And the Fit pack eliminates sizing guess work, covering all 3 sizes in t one package.
i read alot of people have issues with the nasal part of the f30/f30i, they feel it blocks air and they wake up airstarved. Is this true? i experience the same with the n30i and the nasal part looks the same. Its the only thing holding me back to get the f30 and thinking of getting the dreamwear ff instead
CPAP user for 15 years here. For 13 years I used a nasal mask with no issues. Then my mouth started to drop open. I can't stand tape, don't care for mouth guards, and a c-collar and chin strap didn't work. So I switched to FFMs with some success, but periodic farting that drove my wife nuts. The Dreamwear was better, AirTouch was the best, but the memory foam cushion would split at the bridge after 5-7 days. Then the Resmed F30i came out and was a revelation. No leaks, no farting regardless of sleeping position...and it doesn't matter if my mouth is open or closed. I hope they never stop making it, because it is my mask for life.
I was just diagnosed with sleep apnea. I am awaiting my dreamstation with the resmed f30i. Reall hoping it works for me. Apparently i stop breathing 58 times per hour, which would explain why im always tired 😴. Any tips would be appreciated
I'm a nasal pillow girl but I'm watching this for my hubby. I want him to get a CPAP, he snores like a broken bear. I did manage to get Mr. No Doctors in for a colonoscopy so this should be easy.
Mouth leaks are not because someone is a mouth breather, its because all the air that comes from the cpap goes straight out throu your mouth. In my case because of the hard expiration using any kind of mask.
I’m new. Only two weeks using my nasal cushions. I’m getting terrible headaches. Maybe too much pressure on my sinuses? I’m more tired and foggy headed now than before. Should I switch to a full face mask? I sleep ok with no events at all. It’s just I feel horrible during the day
Have a prominent nose with a narrow bridge and chin. Developed a carbuncle on my nose that got infected, so I switched to a Phillips Respironics 3/4 face mask M/W and probably will go to a L/W.
I’m new to this whole cpap thing. I have had my set up almost 2 weeks and I’m still trying to figure out what I like. I have the n30i nasal pillow and the ResMed autosense 10. So I never got fitted because of the whole covid thing I had to do everything over the phone. First the n30i pillows killed my nose like caused a sore. So I went on amazon and bought the p30i pillows. Tried them but they didn’t work either. I’m a mouth breathing side sleeper who sometimes wears glasses before bed. I never got to meet with a therapist only when I stayed over and did my sleep study. At the study they said I had 24 episodes so I was a moderate sleep apnea patient. I was looking at the F30i or the dreamwear full face. They said I get one exchange through the place I got it all (msc sleep) but idk what I want to try. I printed out sizing charts for a lot of masks but some advice would be nice. I love your videos by the way.
Unfortunately I have a 90% deviated septum (did not know this at the time) and the night of my sleep test my "good" side was congested... and they used a nose mask on me (If I'd have known they had full face masks I would have asked for one). Ten years later and the trauma from feeling like I was suffocating for eight hours still keeps me from using even my full face mask most of the time. So if you're uncomfortable during your sleep study, SAY SOMETHING! There's no need for you to have an uncomfortable experience. I recently came across the DreamWear mask and the review here helped me decide to get it... if I didn't have a face like a shovel I'd go for the AirFit F30i (I don't really have a face like a shovel but that was funny :)
Every CPAP mask leaves my face chapped and dry. Even my fav mask (n30i) gives me very dry peeling skin on my face as far down as my chin. It doesn't make sense since it's not a full face mask. I've tried f20, f30i, dreamwear full face mask, airtouch, dreamwear nasal cushion, dreamwear pillows, dreamwisp and wisp all leave my face painfully chapped. I use moisturizer cream a couple times a day but always wake up to dry painful face. 😩 I'm wondering if maybe my mouth tape contributes to that?? I don't know.
FWIW, I couldn’t find a “double-sided boil and bite” mouth guard on Amazon. There are lots of double-side mouth guards but they seem to be oriented to people who have braces. They don’t require boiling. I think the reason why I’m worried is that I think the reason that this is supposed to work by sticking to your teeth. Not sure if the ones I see will work.
What is the best full face mask for mouth breathing side sleepers, that doesnt cover the entire nose like a fighter pilot,i tried a nasal pillow fp evora but felt like i wasbeing waterboarded with air if i open my mouth
I really love your videos! You teach newbies to the CPAP world like myself... all we need to know to be successful with your sleep therapy. I have a Dreamwear Full face mask. I am having a lot of leaks at (30/L per min.) most nights. I am using a medium silicone tubing and med face cushion. Do you have any suggestions I might try to get a better fit. Take care..
I have been using the dreamwear full face mask a long time before. Then then I try the Fisher Paykel vitera full face mask I like it but now I'm coming back to buy dreamwear full face mask and also have dreamwear under the nose and the silicone nasal pillow that way and using what I don't have allergies for the past month I've been trying f30i I liked it so now rotate between the f30i and the Fisher Paykel vitera.
I know but update to my last report about 8 months ago. Now I rotate between a f30 Fisher Paykel Vitara they both get very good seal . the f30 my wife says is a lot quieter that's important to me.
I hate having something that touch the top of my nose but i haven't been able to find one that sit under the nose which seal properly so i still use the F20.
I use the Airfit F20 and get red soreness on the very top where the pillow crosses my nose. Not due to tightness, but almost like an allergic reaction to the slightest touch of anything on my nose. I actually got the same thing when I tried using a Breathe Right strip too. Has anyone else experienced this? I think it is the reason my Resmed ASV machine is reporting 20-30 events per hour, and I am obviously not seeing many benefits to the therapy at this point.
I’ve been trying to find the perfect mask, with no success, for a little over a year now..I tried the nasal pillows, didn’t last more then a few minutes as it seemed very abnormal to me as I want to breathe through both my nose and mouth at times. So I’ve been forcing myself to use the F20 full face mask, switching between the med-large sizes as my dimensions fall in between the two…I move around alot in my sleep, and I tend to find myself ripping off the mask mid sleep, often times waking up to the mask on the floor next to me. So the medium sized one I noticed didn’t stay on my face as much as the large one has been, even when I have it strapped in tight. I also have a beard so that probably affects the seal as well. So I’ve been using the large as of late, and it seems to stay on longer throughout the night and it doesn’t rip away from my face mid sleep while tossing and turning, but I tend to have to tighten it more then the medium, thus causing a decent amount of discomfort when I wake up, mainly on the bridge of my nose. (I am using the standard silicone mask, no upgrade)..I will probably buy the memory foam cushion for the F20 to see if that helps with the comfort level..I also just ordered the F30i mask to see if the hose location will give me more freedom while doing cart-wheels in my sleep..If the F30i isn’t a game changer for me, or the F20 memory foam cushion doesn’t improve the comfort of the mask, then I’ll pretty much be out of options and wave the white flag…Just my own venture I figured I’d share, as I’m sure there are plenty of others out there having my same issues..Thx for the vids, very helpful! Keep ‘em coming please!
Additional information for years I have used the Resmed Airfit 10. I love it except for the noise. I am a side sleeper which is why I am wondering about the resmed Airfit 30I. this is a follow up to me message a few seconds ago
1:16 YEAH, but no for me. I tried for TWO months with a nasal mask with 15 inAq even with a chin strap no beuno, no breath, no sleep. I'm down to 9 inAq with a full face f20 lg and here to learn about the F30.
I just bought the Dreamwear full face mask and headgear. The first night seemed to go well, but the last two nights, I’ve been having air leaks on both sides to the left and right of my lower lip area. The first night, I tried tightening the lower straps, and chalked it up to my jaw slacking back from my mouth opening, but last night I noticed it happening while my mouth was closed. My provider is zero help on this matter. Any insight would be appreciated.
Try Fisher & Paykel #HC431Ax1 mask. Full face mask with a Chin-hold feature built in. (my chin drops down and I couldn't get straps to work very well...for years) Game changer for me!!!
I need help… My DME doesn’t go through all this with me… I hate my mask as I now have mouth wrinkles like I never had before… 😢 Us women don’t need more wrinkles
I just tried mine on...why is it so hard to breath. Shouldn't it make breathing easier? I'm new to it. But I'm sure everything is hooked up. I have no clue what settings it should be at...
I just got a cpap and wanted a full mask. I get one change out the first 30 days.. I was given the F30 but my nose holes don’t line up with the holes on the mask and I get a lot of either leaks trying to fix it or I can’t breathe through my nose. With the standard full face ones they go into my actual eyeballs. Any suggestions? I only get the one change out so I need to make sure it’s going to work. Thanks!
I have a small head and narrow nose. Do you think the F30i would be OK for me? Currently I have nose pillows and I'm very tired of the hose connection in the front. The next question is about the headgear slipping or shifting during the night. With my nose pillows I have to wear a chin strap. The strap moves around on the top of my head so I have to readjust it during the night. Will the top of the headgear where the hose is connected shift while I'm sleeping? How often will I expect to replace the mask? Thanks
I have the Resmed F20 memory foam. I have no insurance so I pay everything out of pocket so I have to find other ways to make the mask last longer. Resmed says" don't get the foam wet" What a joke .instead of discarding mine after a few months I simply soaked it in warm water and dishwasher soap for a few hours patted dry and put it in our Air Fyer with a dehydrate setting Vol la back to new condition. The second one I have I air dried same result. Resmed is making a fortune off the insurance companies
going thru a standard F30 cushion a month..seems like im making the sleep data place $$ is this normal to go thru them this often? also the clip up top breaks on the head strap after 30-40 days...Resmed should be metal like a bra clip or bathing suit clip(which Ive used to hold together since insurance only replaces every 6 months
Doug Marko Are you cleaning it daily (and if so), what is your cleaning process? Could also be from over tightening the mask. Could be defective, but if they all keep doing it that would be strange.
I just finished my sleep study and they had me wear a Nasal CPAP. I felt like I was hyperventilating. The tech was telling me to not think about breathing and just breath out of my nose only very slow. when I did that, air would blow out of my mouth unforced.... should I go with a full face mask

I just received the 30 yesterday -- AND my face and nose is shaped just like yours. Thank you for all that you do!
Thank you. Your videos have been educational. I did not know the difference between different type
I have deviated septum and use nasal mask no problem. My CPAP helps me to breath when I have congestion, my nose is pushed clear with the air pressure.
I'm soooooo glad I saw videos like this that helped me realize I didnt need a full face mask! My sleep tech mentioned that I was breathing thru my mouth a bit when I was sleeping so I was like "oh, maybe I should get a full face mask, just to be safe"
But that was when I didnt know there were ways to keep my mouth shut while asleep!
So today I'm getting my first mask, it's a resmed n30i I think? It's what I used for my sleep study and worked super well
Thank you so much for the help and laughs 🙂 💜 when I got diagnosed I didnt realize I'd also be joining a community and that feels good, like I'm not alone in this
Also, I love when you mix in more comedic stuff into your videos, it's so good
This line: "when I got diagnosed I didnt realize I'd also be joining a community and that feels good, like I'm not alone in this" is poetry to my ears....seriously. 😄
@@Freecpapadvice aw, that made my day!! 😄
The "Papper People" put a smile in my face, Lanky.
Thank you!
The 30i sound the best, as I am a tummy sleeper, side sleeper and back :)
I have to be refitted for a full face mask due to an upcoming deviated septum surgery, this video helped me greatly. Cheers
I personally LOVE the Air Touch F20. It works great for me, except I go through the foam cushions on the mask like wind through a fence.
The air noise prevents me from falling asleep
You've helped me out so much with your videos. Thank you so much. :)
Happy to help!
The F30 changed my life.
Helpful, Thanks again for all you do !! Mainly F20 & I alternate Fit and Touch , also have a nose mask I use sometime and like it.
I have a deviated septum and I can still use a nasal pillows mask I feel like I’m pretty lucky.
I’m right behind you. I have the AirTouch F20 and have already ordered the AirFit F30. I can’t wait.
"If you have a face shaped like a shovel..." 😂🤣 Love it!!
I'm getting my CPAP today. Definitely subscribing to learn more and staying for the humor.
"Do you have a face shaped like a shovel?" Just played that to my husband & we're laughing to death!! Funniest thing we've heard all week.
Thank you. Your video was very informative. I am new at all of this and trying to figure it out. Thanks again
Eric
Dreamwear, perfect for shovel-face...Lol....I have the F30 as a backup. I tried the Dreamwear full face and didn’t like it. I use the Dreamwisp as my primary and it’s great. Just goes to show that a manufacturer doesn’t hit a home run with every model they sell.
Dreamwear for me and it’s fitting perfectly. Excellent videos
This is exactly what I was looking for. I have the dreamwear but I ordered the f30i because I don't have a shovel face.
Pic please. We'll be the judge of that.
F20 AirFit is the way to go. F30 AirTouch is good too but you can't wash or ozone those like you can with the F20.
You are awesome! Thank you so much for being so thorough and you make it fun too!
I want to like the airfit but I need mw. All they have is medium oh well ill keep looking unless you know something else along the line. Thanks Jason
I bought a small tube and still it slides down..just bought an f30 thanks to your review and am looking
forward to trying it out when it arrives
How did it do?
@@niteangel27 wasn't impressed with the f30 at all..resmed claims the head gear fits all....wrong...way to big for me. Rubs my ears but if I pull the top strap tighter it just slips constantly to my forehead . Not happy at all ...I think most of these masks are designed around men
@@louisequirk5081 what mask are you using now? Have you found one you like?
@@niteangel27 im using the dreamwear. Bought a reusable handmade mask liner from ebay and it has helped the slipping loads. But still on the lookout for a better fitting mask and headgear 🙂
@@louisequirk5081 Thank you.
New F&P Evora Full Face is worth trying - Good Sea,l clear view. Gets my vote. And the Fit pack eliminates sizing guess work, covering all 3 sizes in t one package.
Is the Evora Full Face available in the USA?
I prefer the f30 and the f30i.
I love my AirTouch F20, I get more than 30 days out of m cushion, not sure how long it does last.
I've heard that from several people...that it lasts longer than 30 days.
I have calluses on my face after F20 nights🤦🏼♀️
i read alot of people have issues with the nasal part of the f30/f30i, they feel it blocks air and they wake up airstarved.
Christ......I did a tuck and pucker at the sight of the "C" word....this should definitely be easy!!!
Which mask is good for side sleeper?
Thank you. Very informative. I have the one you like.
Hey friend, can we get an update? Did the F30i work out for you?
Additional information for years I have used the Resmed Airfit 10. I love it except for the noise. I am a side sleeper which is why I am wondering about the resmed Airfit 30I. this is a follow up to me message a few seconds ago
pick up the Dreamweaver for $45 on amazon, just buy the the parts way cheaper.
Need to talk more about women and CPAP
Try Fisher & Paykel #HC431Ax1 mask. Full face mask with a Chin-hold feature built in. (my chin drops down and I couldn't get straps to work very well...for years) Game changer for me!!!
I use the air touch f20...... money!
I'm thinking about switching to a full face mask but I sleep on my stomach so I try to put my head on the side of my pillow. What do you think?
That's a winning strategy. Just let the mask hang off the edge and you shouldn't have too many problems.
I love You!!! Thank You so much!!!

I agree about the clips. They can be a pain.
Band Aid paper tape.

Thanks!
Awesome buddy
Are you getting it because you need it, or because they just keep sending you a replacement?
@@Freecpapadvice because they start leaking about 35-40 days in...looks like the rubber or whatever its made of starts breaking down around edges.
Doug Marko Are you cleaning it daily (and if so), what is your cleaning process? Could also be from over tightening the mask. Could be defective, but if they all keep doing it that would be strange.
@@Freecpapadvice I clean with liquid hand soap daily - how long should a cushion from a F30 actually last?
I just finished my sleep study and they had me wear a Nasal CPAP. I felt like I was hyperventilating. The tech was telling me to not think about breathing and just breath out of my nose only very slow. when I did that, air would blow out of my mouth unforced.... should I go with a full face mask
