  • These are my best pilates abs exercises that will help you with deep core activation and get a strong pilates core in 14 days. It's an intense 10 minute at home pilates core workout that include all my favourite and most effective abs movements that I have learnt over the years.     Disclaimer: Please remember that we cannot spot reduce fat, meaning we can’t choose the areas on our body where we lose fat. However to get fat loss results I recommend the following:
    1. Being in calorie deficit
    2. Cardio/ HIIT workout (I often call these Fat Loss/Burn workouts on my channel)
    3. Resistance training and specific muscle targeted workouts. To strengthen and develop specific muscles.
    I have hundreds of other home workouts available on my channel, so you can pick and choose which workouts you want to do, to not only make you build a strong body, but also feel amazing.
    Please remember every body is different and we all progress at different rates. The fact that you have shown up and completed this workout is incredible. You should be very proud of yourself for taking the steps to improve not only your physical, but also your mental health.

    gonna do this exercise for 2 weeks(remind me pls)
    day one: it felt easy except the side plank, i literally could not do it 😭
    day two: done
    day three: done!!

    I love this workout!! Super quick but still very effective!! I couldn't really do it today and had to skip a lot of it because I got a really bad sunburn on my arms and legs (not sure why, i never burn so it's strange), but I will get right back into it tomorrow!

    My favorite thing about pilates is noticing my growth in just how controlled all the exercises are now that I am strong and more aware of my body. Lilly's pilates has totally changed my relationship with my body!

      I'm 6 years older than you and you gave me motivation😭 your stomach is not fat, it's perfectly good the way it is. Always remember that even if you feel fat you can always work out:)

    This is my 4th day of doing this exercise and trust me I'm already seeing the results..

    6th exercise i'm doing from her, doing this once everyday for 14 days
    Day 1: i like this exercise a lot but one thing is that I can't do the side planks, it's not that i get tired or anything but i just dont understand it? I cant keep my balance, my wrist keeps hurting so I feel like i might be doing it wrongly and i have no clue how to place my legs, if anyone has any tips on this, please tell me
    Day 2: i did it, i managed to endure way more of the side planks, i kinda understand how to place my legs but i think I am doing my hands wrong
    Day 3:I think I endure the side planks quite well this time
    Day 4: okay I did it but I am typing this late because I totally forgot to update. I did do it though
    Day 5: I did I, I forgot to type day 4's exercise so I type it today
    Day 6: done, the hardest is still the side planks
    Day 7: idk but i think i forgot to put one of my updates here but i havent missed a day of the exercise yet
    Day 8: done, does the lean app require you to pay a lot of money?
    Day 9: done, just realised I still have 5 more days
    Day 10: i definitely improved on the side planks
    Day 11: 3 more days 😊😊
    Day 12: side planks are way easier now lol. 2 more days.
    Day 13: i am pretty sure i may have forgotten to update somewhere but its okay
    Day 14: last day, moving on to next exercise

      same here the side planks are tough but how my feet are placed really helps like instead of placing one on top of the other i kind of use both feet for support which helps me keep my balance but my wrist im not sure it always hurts hope this helps a little bit😊

    I do youre Workouts everyday maybe a year but I can see a little bit diffrent but i am still insecure about my stomach abf i think i never get a flat stomach😢
