As a 44 year old metal and rock head who love Electric Callboy I loved this collab. The song has energy enough to power a small country and the composition is amazing.
Babymetal is known for positive messages in their songs especially for young girls, also not all growls are Electric Call Boy, Momo Metal does a fair amount in that area as well
I love the fact it was momo! After I found that out I make sure every reactor I watch knows if it isn't already shared! Everyone gets even more enthralled with them by it, and I'm not a long babymetal fan!

and 76 year old geezers like me... chased them to Japan/ US/ Spain last year. 🦊 I did run around in the circle pit in Japan, but my two daughters (who go to rock festivals in the US) prohibited me from going to an outdoor festival in the US at my age. When I said,"Hey! I was in the circle pit in Japan", their answer was,"Dad... those pits in Japan are lame..." Guess I gotta listen to my kids.
While I would love to see all the theatrics and what not that seems to happen at their Japan shows, I feel very fortunate that last year I got to see them at 3,900 capacity venue last year. Slightly more intimate, and I was like 6 people away from Moa. Seeing Su singing, the choreography, their facial expressions, up close was definitely worth it. Not turning down a trip to Japan though.
This is the metal song of the summer if there ever was one! Funny, bright, super catchy. Please give Baby Metal a last well deserved chance, they are super talented. "Divine Attack", "Metal Kingdom", "Monochrome" are all great brinks of the rabbit hole if you want to jump in, especially the crazy live versions.

Thanks from Japan, the homeland of BABYMETAL 有難う💛。I fortunately witnessed the live debut and the second performance of RATATATA by BABYMETAL and Electric Callboy together in the two-day Fox_Fest on May 25 / 26 in Japan. Fun, happy, exhilarating, bubbly... Those words I could think of, as you can imagine. There were many mosh / circle pits over there 🤣. The song was played in the BABYMETAL's setlist in the festival. So the band in the back of the girls and Nico / Kevin was BM's West Kami Band in place of EC band that played in this MV. On this 50:50 collaboration basis, that was great, too. The interchangeability between the two versatile bands is good. EC boys can join BM concerts and BM girls can show up in EC's worldwide 😍 Is it just a coincidence that the two bands are to perform on the same days in the same places in several European festivals in June ?

i like some BABYMETAL, seen them live twice. it's cool for what it is, but i wouldn't say i am passionate for them. i have a suggestion for something completely different, so i don't know if you want to make it content, but there is a sort of "vibe metal" band from France, named Alcest, who stylistically is post-rock but with inspiration from shoegaze and post-black metal. Alcest's lyrics are either in French, or a secret invented language their singer doesn't release. for a newbie, i would suggest either Autre Temps, Summer's Glory, Untouched, Sapphire, or Sur L’océan Couleur de Fer. if those songs don't alienate you and want to dive deeper, i would just highly recommend the full albums Kodama, Spiritual Instinct, and Les Voyages De L'Âme. otherwise, some other highlights/fave songs of mine that i hadn't mentioned yet, Percées de Lumière, Oiseaux de Proie, L'Île des Morts, Là où Naissent les Couleurs Nouvelles, and finally, from the latest album, Améthyste.
If you are a fan of guys who take themselves not too serious, yet still deliver some hefty good music, i'll give you "Nanowar of Steel - Valhalleluja".
If your ear listens for the clean, melodic vocals, then you really should do a lot more Japanese metal including Babymetal. Most of them go heavy but with old-school vocals.

i like some BABYMETAL, seen them live twice. it's cool for what it is, but i wouldn't say i am passionate for them. i have a suggestion for something completely different, so i don't know if you want to make it content, but there is a sort of "vibe metal" band from France, named Alcest, who stylistically is post-rock but with inspiration from shoegaze and post-black metal. Alcest's lyrics are either in French, or a secret invented language their singer doesn't release. for a newbie, i would suggest either Autre Temps, Summer's Glory, Untouched, Sapphire, or Sur L’océan Couleur de Fer.
if those songs don't alienate you and want to dive deeper, i would just highly recommend the full albums Kodama, Spiritual Instinct, and Les Voyages De L'Âme. otherwise, some other highlights/fave songs of mine that i hadn't mentioned yet, Percées de Lumière, Oiseaux de Proie, L'Île des Morts, Là où Naissent les Couleurs Nouvelles, and finally, from the latest album, Améthyste.
If you are a fan of guys who take themselves not too serious, yet still deliver some hefty good music, i'll give you "Nanowar of Steel - Valhalleluja".
Okay, but have you seen Little Big's videos? Absolute banger songs, but the most INSANE videos for no reason other than making insane videos.

If your ear listens for the clean, melodic vocals, then you really should do a lot more Japanese metal including Babymetal. Most of them go heavy but with old-school vocals.

I'm 4 min. into the Video.... The Video reminds me of another Video/Track from 1086, which combined two Genres as well... Idk if you will talk about that later in the Video, but that Video seems to be a hommage to Rock this way by Aerosmith and Run D.M.C.
