The backstory on how this song came to be is not far off from that - BaybMetal heard "We Got The Moves" by Electric Callboy, wanted to make something with a similar vibe because BabyMetal isn't afraid to play around with genres but hadn't done much partycore yet, and decided to contact Electric Callboy about it. This collab sorta-kinda congealed from there.
Lots of people miss it, but the second "ARE YOU READY!?" is Momometal growling. She also does it live! She also growled in later parts, but that one is so powerful I love it.

From what Kevin and Nico have told in their Video, they should have done that with the Girls but it was ultimatively cut out. Kevin got it wrong at one point, it seems, pointing in one direction while the head did go in the other direction. And it seems overall the didn't really had the Choreo on point so the people cutting the video decided to not put it in 😂

Electric Callboy's appeal is fun. They are a bunch of happy-go-lucky party bros. They do a lot of charity work and they genuinely just want people to have fun while listening to their stuff. They do have some serious stuff, but they've focused on the fun stuff the past few years.

Electric Callboy's appeal is fun. They are a bunch of happy-go-lucky party bros. They do a lot of charity work and they genuinely just want people to have fun while listening to their stuff. They do have some serious stuff, but they've focused on the fun stuff the past few years.
Ok I've watched this song like twenty times and legit think it's about to finally make them s mainstream crossover.
There's so much brilliant shit going on with the song and the video. It even has multiple choruses and I've never seen that be possible, let alone with hooks.

But anyways, maybe you'd like to check out MC Thunder II - Dancing Like A Ninja it doesn't have the "taking the p!ss" vibe you've mentioned in the WGTM reaction while still being kind of humorous (especially in combination with the video). It's one of their storytelling videos in which the band doesn't appear. Original MC Thunder was from 2017 with their original lead singer Sushi. Both videos have the German youtuber/ streamer HandOfBlood starring as the title character.
