    When I was starting to do exercise on Oct month 2022 that time my weight was 68kg now dec 2022 is 63kg .my tummy reduced much better than before . My dear sister thank you so much and gave wonderful yoga for me .

    I did this yoga for 13 days continuously before my weight was 78.53 and now 75.15 Thank you mam for your help 🙏😊 week 1 was very painful but now I can do without pain. Thank you mam for your motivation speech Diet plan everything 🙏😊

    Inhale , exhale alone needed in these. Very beneficial and can find differences in few days itself.with my daily walking and little strict diet...Will share more comments after seeing great results

    Day 4: did some other exercise as i got less time

    Week 1 result: doing 20 counts daily, lost 1.7 kgs with proper diet and intermittent fasting. And i feel much active than before.
    I felt much pain during first 4 days that i couldn't even laugh. No pain no gain. Now i feel more flexible and much active 😊

    I did this yoga just for testing. Initially i did for 15 days and measured weight. I lost 2kgs. After that I didn't do yoga for 20 days. I measured my weight it remains same.weight didn't increase for me in 20days. For all those who would like to loose your weight go naturally like this. Worth spending our time doing yoga..I did only 20 counts in each yoga.I recommend this yoga

    Let me follow warm up and this yoga. I am cutting down sugar and snacks. In the evening, I am dancing for any one Tamil song.

    Day 1(19/11/2020)
    Completed. Legs are paining.🙈
    Day 2:
    My hips were paining so hard yesterday and I was not able to walk. So I just meditated and did hip bridges, cat pose, baby pose etc.
    Day : 3
    Did stretches Coz of pain
    Day : 4
    Completed successfully🥳🥳🥳no pain.. coz I reduced the pace and did the proper warmup &cool down
    Day:5
    Completed successfully. I can see my body gets flexible slowly & feeling some difference on face and waist. But I am not measuring now.
    Day 6:
    Completed successfully. Still a bit tired after workout. But am not giving up. ✌️To be honest, this background music motivates me💚
    Day 7:
    Completed partially. 💚
    Day : 8
    Did only stretches.
    Day : 9
    Completed.
    Day : 10
    Completed. Still this workout is a bit paining for me.. but I feel energetic too.
    Day 11:
    Completed. Feeling more flexible❤️

    tmrw onwards I will should start this yoga on eve , I'm already doing exercise and walking on morning, its gives good results..when I stars this I'm 60.7 kg and 5 days continuously workout and follow normal diet now I'm 59.3 kg, I thought follow this yoga I will achieve my target , tq sis

    In belly; upper: 0.5 inch
    Middle:2.0 inch
    Lower :1.0 inch
    If do the yoga along with the breathing it would be more effectiv 👌👌👌❤

    I tried this after my 1st delivery I initially started with 10 counts and then increased gradually to 50 each exercise.. I lost 18kgs.
    Now I have delivered my 2nd baby and its been 5 months so will be starting this from today. Same 10 sets im starting. Currently 76 kgs hopefully ill reduce 16kgs with the goal weight of 60 kgs
    I will update you all.
    Very important is u will start seeing results only after 1 month. So don't get disappointed. Keep trying. Its my personal experience.

    Dear followers....as a yoga trainer...my humble advice to all...yoga has to do little slower not at this speed...t asanas like trikonosana...konasana...pakismotasna....need special guidence...if u perform without proper instruction ...in t long run you will develop back problem.....
    To t Trainer .....you body is not erect during pakshimothasana...n bend which is incorrect n if follower do t same t consequence I'll b bad...please follow t right positon n also teach t follower with proper instruction.....
    YOGA IS A BEAUTIFUL BODY MEDICINE IF WE FOLLOW IT CORRECTLY ...

    நான் ரொம்ப வருஷம் யோகா செய்கிறேன் ஆனால் தொடர்ந்து செய்ய மாட்டேன். இனிமேல் தொடர்ந்து செய்ய வேண்டும் என்று முடிவு செய்திருக்கேன். உங்க யோகாவை கட்டாயம் நான் தொடர்ந்து செய்வேன். இன்று இரண்டாவது நாள். உடம்பெல்லாம் வலி இருந்தாலும் ரிலாக்ஸ்சாக🙏 சில உள்ளது இந்த இரண்டு நாளில் உடம்பிலிருந்து ஏதோ ஒரு பாரம் குறைந்தது போல் உள்ளது. யோகா பயிற்சி என்றாலே மூச்சு பயிற்சி மிகவும் முக்கியமானது. அதற்கு சிறு விளக்கம் கொடுத்தால் நல்லது.

    The best ever set of yoga aasanas I have never seen before .. seriously doing yoga and I sweated a lot..pachamuthasanam and all I can't able to do 50 counts though I sweated...thanks for the video ..good going

      Difficult pose u need to inhale, when it is easy u should exhale.. like while bending side u should inhale, when going back to ur position u can exhale..

    And doing month or few month can become normal weight and slim..

    My opinion... Each yoga finish anathum bell or beep sound ketta oru time epdi panringannu parthuttu next beep sound vara varai seithutu irpom.. I said an alarm may be set between two yoga .. (or yoga and rest )..
