When I was starting to do exercise on Oct month 2022 that time my weight was 68kg now dec 2022 is 63kg .my tummy reduced much better than before . My dear sister thank you so much and gave wonderful yoga for me .

What is the right time to do this?
I did this yoga just for testing. Initially i did for 15 days and measured weight. I lost 2kgs. After that I didn't do yoga for 20 days. I measured my weight it remains same.weight didn't increase for me in 20days. For all those who would like to loose your weight go naturally like this. Worth spending our time doing yoga..I did only 20 counts in each yoga.I recommend this yoga

My hips were paining so hard yesterday and I was not able to walk. So I just meditated and did hip bridges, cat pose, baby pose etc.

Completed successfully. I can see my body gets flexible slowly & feeling some difference on face and waist. But I am not measuring now.

Completed successfully. Still a bit tired after workout. But am not giving up. ✌️To be honest, this background music motivates me💚

I tried this after my 1st delivery I initially started with 10 counts and then increased gradually to 50 each exercise.. I lost 18kgs.
Now I have delivered my 2nd baby and its been 5 months so will be starting this from today. Same 10 sets im starting. Currently 76 kgs hopefully ill reduce 16kgs with the goal weight of 60 kgs
I will update you all.
Very important is u will start seeing results only after 1 month. So don't get disappointed. Keep trying. Its my personal experience.

Dear followers....as a yoga trainer...my humble advice to all...yoga has to do little slower not at this speed...t asanas like trikonosana...konasana...pakismotasna....need special guidence...if u perform without proper instruction ...in t long run you will develop back problem.....
To t Trainer .....you body is not erect during pakshimothasana...n bend which is incorrect n if follower do t same t consequence I'll b bad...please follow t right positon n also teach t follower with proper instruction.....

Difficult pose u need to inhale, when it is easy u should exhale.. like while bending side u should inhale, when going back to ur position u can exhale..
