Hi Mam, awesome progress, I m following Fittr group from facebook, and their app, mam they educate us how carbs and weight training is important, I lost 8 kgs by eating 50-70 gms white rice i.e., measured before cooking, twice a day n with weight training with proper diet plan. Good excellent superb it looks like same my story as I m now 39 yrs I use to always go for weight loss every time as I finished my college B com then job within two yrs I got married then immediately within two months I got conceived n first child girl was born then after again working looking my kid my MIL n husband life went on then I again without any diet becoz I changed my new co. that to a big shipping co. with all facilities was the first dream job in life so automatically I reduced weight that Is during marriage I was 60 kgs as before that in school days n college u was always 78 or 75 kgs after my first delivery I was 80 kgs then after one year I was 78 or 76 kgs then after 6 yrs that is after I joining shipping co my weight was 76 to 63 kgs within 1 year but again I immediately got pregnant and then my weight after delivery went to 78 kgs then still now after delivery now 9 years passed still my weight is 76 kgs so when I saw ur video I was surprised to hear my story as I was always in my mind somewhere there was one thing I have to reduce , i will never go to 60 kgs again I am always trying now last one month as lockdown and last 2 n half yrs I m at home I left my dream job becoz of my second child son he i was crying not to go to school n could always tense my MIL then he use to call me in office n cry I want u otherwise I will not go to school so I left the job . Now again now I want to have my identity back so I m trying for job but due to lockdown I could not get it. But I thought I have to reduce my weight during lockdown as no work I will shape my body at any cost my ambition to bring to 65 kgs . i used to go out in sun and got tanned. Taking glutathione helped my skin complexion.
