Hi , I didn’t accept the challenge as I wasn’t sure if I could do it. But even then I started to follow the 800 calories from yesterday. For my surprise I have lost 0.5kg in a day.
I made a soup with cabbage celery and mushroom . Every time I feel hungry especially in the afternoon I drink that soup instead of tea coffee. Very low in calories but healthy- (but I want to make it clear that was not my main diet ).

Hi Mam! Your videos are inspiring. Thank you for all the information. I have a doubt . The daily calorie intake limit is 800. If i burn some calorie for eg. 200 by doing workout, is the limit is still the old 800 or it can b like 800(goal) - 800(food) + 200(exercise) = 200(remaining). Can i eat for this remaining 200 after workout?
good question. Your diet must be only 800 cals, it does not include cal burnt during workout

Geetha raja me too, I have 8 months baby... and had gestational diabetes. After 4 months postpartum I have stopped snacking and stopped taking coffee and tea. And lost up to 5kg... now a days replacing at least one meal with chickpea dosai .
