    Hi , I didn’t accept the challenge as I wasn’t sure if I could do it. But even then I started to follow the 800 calories from yesterday. For my surprise I have lost 0.5kg in a day.
    I made a soup with cabbage celery and mushroom . Every time I feel hungry especially in the afternoon I drink that soup instead of tea coffee. Very low in calories but healthy- (but I want to make it clear that was not my main diet ).

    Hi Mam! Your videos are inspiring. Thank you for all the information. I have a doubt . The daily calorie intake limit is 800. If i burn some calorie for eg. 200 by doing workout, is the limit is still the old 800 or it can b like 800(goal) - 800(food) + 200(exercise) = 200(remaining). Can i eat for this remaining 200 after workout?

    Nd having 7 months baby ..and I had gestational diabetics .now my hba1c s 6.00.now a days I have reduced carbs intake .but weight reduction s very slow for me .. this 6 months I have lost 3 kg ..

      Geetha raja me too, I have 8 months baby... and had gestational diabetes. After 4 months postpartum I have stopped snacking and stopped taking coffee and tea. And lost up to 5kg... now a days replacing at least one meal with chickpea dosai .

      @@shellytorrente19 thanks lot ..I m taking everything in moderate .i have reduced carbs .like morning idli2 or dosa 2 .lunch s nearly 50-60 grams rice more vegetables evening idli 3 or dosa 2 but when ever I feel hungry I m taking eggs and any grams .I m taking tea 3 times a day .for me hungry s very heavy so I m taking peanuts and other nuts oftenly ..aft my first delivery I lost 10 kg due to heavy diet .but this time due to feeding I couldn't control hungry ..ur comments make me motivated.thanks lot .and if u can please share ur diet .
