Hi mam your explanation is good. But kapalabhati is the preparatory practice for practicing bhastrika pranayama. Nobody can't practice bhastrika directly. Practice kapalabhati for some days and abdomen muscles get strength and then it's easy to practice bhastrika.

Hi Neela. Can i do stomach vaccum after doing pranayamam? You said you sweat a lot after 15 min of pranayamam. I dont sweat at all. Feel breathing more easy and energetic.
