Is September i just put new grass, i live in chicago inthe morning is 59 to 60 F now and in the afternoon by 1pm is 69F or 70F should i still wet the grass, i dont do it in the morning cause is cold

I have a very small area so using a hose w/ sprayer attachment. How long do I water it? I’ve been doing 2-3x a day until it looks pretty wet which only takes a couple minutes w/ the hose

I would do that for the first week or so and then gradually start cutting back on the days. If the grass starts to stress, go back to watering a little more and then a week later, try cutting back again until you're back to a normal watering schedule.
