Prioritise the use of oils in your hair, the lice and nits have a hard time holding onto the hair strand when it’s well lubricated. Do hot oil treatments and seal with oils when you moisturise, but wash the hair more regularly (with a lice comb) to get them completely out) This is what I have always known to be the solution but I’ve never put it to the test, please let me know how it goes.

It’s a good ingredient to assist other ingredients in a formulation or routine. I’d give it a 7/10
